We love staying at this property. The sound of the waves crashing lull us to sleep each night. The beach and historic Nye Beach shops are right at our doorstep. The room was clean, bed comfortable, and kitchen well equipped.

Upon arrival there was a musty odor in the unit. We were able to cover it with a scented candle but had to buy a candle to cover it up. There were several towels and wash cloths that looked like they were put up unwashed: makeup, toothpaste, hair etc. That always puts doubt about how clean anything else is: dishes, silverware etc. a few items were in a state of disrepair: kitchen counter Formica edge, gap in flooring. Also the sponge mat on the shower floor is not very sanitary when there are multiple guests using it. The view was great, the bed was comfortable, the decor was nicely done.

Afer a rocky time entering the unit, everything went very well. The door code wouldn't work, but that was resolved after a couple of phone calls and a couple of text messages and some lost time. The unit itself was nice and the location and view were very nice. We enjoyed our stay and appreciated the help from an employee from those units who was very knowledgable.

Beautiful apartment, view over the sea was fantastic, short walk to a number of eating and drinking places, with good range of establishments able to cope with complex food allergies.

All really great, and we will return! However they need to hang the clock above the bed more securely - a thumbtack is not enough for that heavy and large time piece. Though it did not fall on us, I took it down to pull the battery and it was about to fall. Also quick adjustment to the front door would be helpful to neighbors - it is loud trying to shut from outside. These fixes will make it perfect!

Cozy ocean view studio

Very well appointed and clean. Located in a quiet community right off the beach. The ocean view is breathtaking! The property has beach access and several shops and eateries within walking distance. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this cozy beachfront studio, and will defintely book again for our next visit.

Very nice little condo with excellent balcony and view. The unit is well stocked with everything you might need The 10 am checkout time is a little unreasonable, especially during the off season. They sent us a note telling us we could check in early but we were already on route to arrive at close to 4 pm, so couldn't take advantage of that. We travel a lot and found these check-in/out policies somewhat rigid compared to the norm.

Newport OR

Lovely ocean view and charming area known as Nye, Beach. Cons: the king bed is way too soft. Could not get a good nights sleep. Too many rugs. A very thick pad was placed underneath one rug that caused a tripping hazard. Same with outdoor area—the wind came up and blew a corner of a rug just as I was walking back inside and almost tripped. Couch needs to be upgraded.

Pretty decent spot

Place was really close to the beach & the condo was cute overall. Bed was comfortable. The downsides were that the shower had hair everywhere upon check in. A couple hairs in the bathroom sink too. The rest of the place looked fine. The key to the pool area did not work for us originally. I texted the maintenance line and they simply said we could use the pool but weren’t any help with the key. I asked the only person on site i could find and he said my key was fine. Upon trying to unlock the pool later in the day my key again did not work. Then it became unclear if the pool was even open/available to use. The next morning there was a cover over the hot tub and handle to the pool. Good location but communication was strained.

Nice time in Newport

A good value with beach access and near Nye Beach. Everything was functional and clean. Some is a bit Oregon beach funky, but fine for us. One thing to note is that there are 1/4 inch foam mats under the floor rugs. A bit of a tripping hazard for my wife with knee issues. The long entry code is a bit scary if the phone goes dead, but worked every time. Overall, no complaints. We would book it again.

Awesome stay!

This place looked just like it did in the pictures. It had everything we needed. They even had games, an ice cooler, beach chairs, and other helpful things. It was comfortable and you can’t beat that view from your balcony! The one thing it could use is some blackout curtains and there are rods already in place. But that’s a minor thing. We would definitely stay here again!!
