Peaceful cabin w/patio-firepit near lake Sunapee

Welcome to our modern and peaceful cabin, where you can bring your whole family for a great vacation time. The place fits 10 people comfortably; good for: big families, group of friends, small company retreat or 2 families’ vacation. The house is set up with a mesh Wi-Fi network for fast internet connection inside and outside the house.

Everybody will find something fun and relaxing to do around or in the house:

Kids and adults will enjoy the ample backyard where they can:
• Play volleyball,
• show their strategy skills with connect four,
• practice their throwing and aiming abilities with cornhole,
• catch a last-minute touch-down in a friendly football game,
• be precise and steady when moving pieces in the large Jenga,
• pick blueberries or practice gardening in the raise garden,
• relaxed in the hammock, swing chair or lounges,
• or listen to wonderful stories and bond while roasting marshmallows around the firepit.
The rest of the house offers many opportunities to have fun, relax or have a quite time:
• On the first floor:
o Livingroom with wooden walls and floors creates a warm and inviting atmosphere. The 2 sofas, 3 chairs, table with chess board, bay-window with 5 seat bench, books, cards and board games offer the ideal space for big group conversation and interactions.

o Open concept and fully equipped kitchen with wooden cabinets, a big table for 10 people and a dedicated coffee-juice card is another great space to enjoy a great meal and have a great time.

o Big Deck area with a grill, 6 people dining set, 2 lounge chairs and wonderful view of the backyard.

o Large master bedroom with King bed, ensuite bathroom, ample windows with blackout curtains, full body mirror, and sound machine; will help you restore your energy or relax reading your favorite book on the comfy corner chair.

o Queen bedroom with wooden walls, beautiful shelves, full body mirror and blackout curtains.

o Ample half bathroom.

o Dedicate office/baby/toddle room with an adjustable standing desk, pack-n-play and highchair.

• Downstairs always feels cool and fresh, the perfect atmosphere:

o Enjoy all the entertainment in the Game Room:
 Air hockey/ping-pong table combo,
 Arcade machine with 1000 games for 2 players,
 Smart TV with Netflix and Prime Video,

Overall, a cabin was furnished and designed to be a comfortable and welcoming space where people can relax and enjoy the natural surroundings.
