There are two beautiful beaches you can paddleboard or kayak over to. One is Newport Beach at the mouth of Swan Creek intersecting Lake Erie, and another around the Southernmost corner of Estral Beach. There is a never ending amount of waterways and nature to explore here. There is also a treadmill, exercise bike (use at your own risk) and game room in the attached garage with a foosball table and table tennis. Everything in the house is new, all appliances, including: washer, dryer, dishwasher, tankless water heater, bathrooms, kitchen, everything! Nothing has been overlooked here. Two full bathrooms with the on demand water heater make all the difference in the world when 5 people need to get ready to go out without having to share one bathroom or wait for a conventional water tank to refill once it is depleted. Make sure you research that out if you are considering another property. That alone could make or break your day.
