The space
This amazing get away cottage offers unmatched attention to detail from the private hollar to the interior mountain appointments. The entrance to the cottage is accented with a bridge over a clear water spring just steps from the front door. Inside is all custom planked sawmill lumber for the walls and ceilings giving the cottage a warm and relaxing atmosphere. The luxury pillow top queen bed w/extra pillows will be like sleeping on a cloud. The fully furnished kitchen with toaster, keurig coffee maker, single serve or pot, NutriBullet mixer, pots and pans and dinnerware are available for your stay whether for a night or longer.
The 55" smart tv with high speed internet sits above a beautiful thermostatic controlled gas fireplace for ease of use and beauty.
The covered deck is an outdoor paradise with bamboo privacy shades, you will just want to curl up on the sectional and take a nap.

Harmony Hollar is in the middle of a one of a kind outdoor community located in Avery County NC. Linville Land Harbor is an outdoor dream come true and can all be yours while you stay at Harmony Hollar. We will provide member access to all the resort amenities. We have a heated pool, 65 acre lake with white sandy beach w/kayaks and pedal boats, gym and hiking trails. You can schedule tee times for our 18 hole golf course by calling the pro shop, greens fees are not included with your stay.
Land harbor has a great stretch of the Linville river and 65 acre lake that is private and managed for fishing. Fisherman will need a North Carolina fishing license and obtain a Land Harbor fishing permit to access all water in Land Harbor. Be sure to read the permit regulations before fishing.

We are surrounded by the high county's many attractions. Grandfather Mountain State Park is moments away in route to some of the most beautiful stretches of the world renowned Blue Ridge Parkway . Linville Gorge, the grand canyon of the east is about 20 minutes to the south. Sugar Mountain Ski resort and Beech Mountain are just a few miles to the north.

Banner Elk, Blowing Rock and Boone NC are about 1/2 hour away with shopping and dining for all budgets. So whether you just want to relax or have a fun filled day of white water rafting, mountain biking, hiking or my favorite, miles of fly fishing trout streams , this area has it all.
