«I want to start out by saying that the staff at the front desk were amazing! Super friendly and incredibly helpful. I have zero complaints about the folks who work there - they are wonderful. We were coming in for a graduation at OU. ALL of the hotels in the area completely gouge the prices and more than triple their rates. The Thunderbird was VERY reasonable. A little info about the Lodge: This place is old and dated! If you don't smoke, make sure you are reserving a nonsmoking room!!  ...

«Was bitten by bugs within 30 minutes of arriving the room. Told management I wanted a refund. They hesitated at first but after seeing the bites on my wife’s legs, and photos of the bugs on the carpet and bed, they agreed and provided a refund!»

«This cabin was perfect for our little retreat. We were able to enjoy our morning coffee on the porch while viewing the peace of the lake. Cabins are fairly close together, but with the trees and other foliage, you feel you are far from any others. We found it so calming one morning to listen to the gentle rain falling through the leaves on the trees. Just what we needed to recharge our batteries.»

«Bathtub drainage was slow/clogged, had to change room. Second room is fine. Bed cover felt old and long-used. Was not comfortable to sleep. Was expecting better room condition and equipments overall with this well-branded hotel.»

«Little bit older but a good place to stay. The staff were friendly. We did have a loose handle, the lock side, in our bathroom and did inform the front desk staff about it when we checked out. We didn't break it! We stayed here for the Luke Combs concert. Breakfast is available in the mornings. We definitely would stay there again if ever in the area again.»

«I can tell there is a change over in management since my last stay. Cleanliness was hit-or-miss. There was a trash can sitting in the hall next to the elevators on the fourth floor that was crawling in ants. I had to report it three times (once a day for three days) before anyone took care of the problem. The tables and the countertops in the dining area were dirty! I had to clean them myself in order to use the area.»

«The room was clean but the bathroom wasn't. Tub had dirty spots on the wall , tub looked stained. There was wadded up candy wrappers in the floor on the side of toilet. Parking in the back where my room was, is very tight.»
