Check in was easy. There is room service or plenty of food options nearby. The rooms are a good size and in decent condition. The pillows could do with replacing, we found that one pillow was not enough but two was uncomfortable.

Property was good but didn’t get housekeeping for the whole stay. The first day I was out all day then came back 2pm and room not cleaned. Called reception to see if I had to do anything and they confirmed no. The second day I left the room around 11am and specifically called reception to have housekeeping come as I was leaving. I had a do not disturb sign till 11am which is why I called. Reception said they would send someone up and when I got back that night nothing happened again.

Friendly staff
Staff were very friendly and helpful. We ordered room service which was reasonably priced and very tasty. Although the hotel adds a $4 fee for delivery of the room service which feels a bit unnecessary. The room was ok, couple of stray hairs in the bathroom on arrival. Otherwise appeared clean. The bed was not very comfortable, very soft and felt like it dipped in the middle. We only did a quick one night stop over as part of a longer trip so overall suited our needs

Pool was freezing. It was the middle of summer. Room service food was excellent and very reasonably priced and delivered promptly. Property was immaculate and service excellent. Staff very helpful and pleasant.

Everything was fine up until I got violently ill after eating at the restaurant Babbingtons. Everything else about the stay was great but the hotel management did not offer to waive the dinner fee even after I was sick.

The bathroom in the room was not cleaned, there were marks on the countertop, there were hairs in the bathtub, and there were long hairs on the towels. Because we arrived very late, they couldn't change our room. Very bad experience.

We booked a room with a King Bed however we got a room with two worn out single bed joined with a Velcro strip. The room was worn out dirty walls with huge burn marks in the carpets. It was really POOR quality despite having a high rating. The room we were in there were parties outside of our window with drunk guests screaming and swearing till Midnight. We went for breakfast in the restaurant. We ordered it took a long time to come and when it did it was really not good. There were 5 - 6 people in the restaurant so it wasn’t busy. On check out I was not asked about my stay so I provided the feedback above the gentleman at reception really did want to know. He did know there was a party outside of our room so offered me a refund for the poor breakfast. ( I did not take the refund I paid in full). I asked about the bed he said we can change the beds to join to singles and call it a King. They charge a premium for this and you could not sleep on it. I could have stayed in a local pub and had a better experience. I travel a lot and stay in all kinds of places I can say after staying at the APOLLO THIS HOTEL WAS SHOCKING.

Despite our stringent policies regarding music and noise curfews, placing guests away from such events becomes challenging when the hotel reaches full occupancy.In our effort to address your concerns, we attempted to refund you for the breakfast, as guest satisfaction is a top priority for us.
