«At first, we thought the rooms were decent but when when the cleaning staff realizes you're staying longer, all they do is make the bed real quick don't clean the sheets the towels smell like crap they don't vacuum it was bare minimum and for everybody to realize there is no check-in. It's all done virtually. In other words there's no one to complain to. There's no one to ask for more towels There's no one to do anything. It's kind of ridiculous. Probably won't stay there again.»

«Pleasant is a very fitting name because it was pleasant from start to finish. Not only were we upgraded, they offer fresh coffee, beverages and snacks (including popcorn), and it’s all inclusive. The King Suite has a very 90’s classy vibe to it, and I was not expecting that, but I’ve looked for that style and haven’t found it until now! «We had an amazing stay at Hidden Haven with 4 adults, 1 toddler, and 1 dog! You can’t beat the location: we got to wake up to Lake Superior views, hear the waves crashing overnight, and could walk a few minutes up the road and be on the North Country Trail for trail runs and hiking. Everything was super clean and comfy and we had everything we needed to have a great few days. Looking forward to a repeat visit in the future!»
