Best kept secret
This suite at Yamhill Flats was perfect for our long getaway weekend. Very comfortable and spacious. The suite feels like it’s been recently renovated from the furniture to the appliances. Would definitely recommend staying here.

Great weekend getaway!
Perfect little condo/apt for our weekend in wine country! Communication was great! Had shower door pop off rail and they were there to fix it right away! Will stay again if in the area!

My husband and I booked this location to enjoy a few days of wine tasting. Prior to arrival I received thorough and detailed check-in information as well as recommendations for local wineries and restaurants. The apartment was very clean and contained all we needed for our stay. The bathroom is small and doesn’t have much counter space but we made it work. The location was great for us. We walked to a coffee shop each morning and found many wineries within a 5-10 minute drive. Would stay here again.

Not a review - just suggestions for property management.
Great Location. But, some suggestions for improvement: Extra pillows and blankets would have been nice. The bathroom is extremely small and an awkward setup. The door doesn’t open all the way and you can’t leave open if you are trying to. Very tight small space to get ready in. You should also consider putting some lamps in the front living space. The ceiling fan / light are to bright to have on at night while sitting in that space. Other than that nice place and great location. Thank you.

Wonderful Location
We've always wanted to visit Willamette Valley and found this gem. Right in the heart of Downtown Newberg and a short drive to oh so many wineries. The place was just adorable, updated, and had everything you would need to feel at home.

Cozy Apartment
The apartment was perfect for our needs. It was a short drive to the three wineries we visited. There are several dining options within a few blocks. When we visit Willamette again, we would definitely rebook this apartment.

Great location in downtown
I came to Newburg to attend the Suzuki Camp, along with my daughter at George Fox University. We had a lovely stay! There was a farmers market a couple blocks away. We loved the little lawn accross the street. We had everything we needed. The bed was comfy and the kitchen was cozy. We will definitely be coming back next summer! Thank you so much!

Great host, great place, great location!
My husband and I visited Newberg first time and this suite was very clean, nice and had cozy feeling. It made me wanting to live here. Perfect size for two people. Great location and walking distance to many wineries/wine tasting. Host welcomed with a nicely hand written card and complimentary bottle of wine & a bag of coffee. We really enjoyed staying here & will come back!

College tour
My son and I loved our stay at Yamhill Flats! It was very comfortable for us and is in a perfect location for the college tour we were in town for. Easy walking distance to all we hoped to access. We brought along an extra mattress to help the property work for us, but that was also really easy to navigate. We'd stay again for sure!

Stylish and cozy
The unit was very clean and nicely appointed and decorated. Felt very homey and the welcome baskets for my dogs were an adorable touch! Only issue was the steep staircase at the entrance. Perhaps this was mentioned in the property description, but I did not see it noted and the stairs were a little tough for my elderly husband.

Check in was really good and professional. They cater for all your food needs and groceries. I got them delivered right at the door. I was able to bring my dog without issues. The one thing I can say is you do need ear plugs. Sometimes you do hear vehicles passing by but not terrible road noise.

Very clean and convenient place!
The bathroom is very small. Street noise is annoying. If you are a light sleeper bring earplugs! I think it would be nice if there were a table lamp in the living room. The only light in living room is the ceiling fan light. The kitchen was very nice! Overall a cute place and convenient to many wineries and restaurants!

Perfect setting for a great trip
The location was perfect. Lots of cute coffee shops, unique restaurants, and friendly people around. There is plenty of "suburbia" not too far away, wineries are within 5 minutes drive, but tasting rooms are just outside the door. The place was clean, spacious, modern, and easy to access. Only slight complaint is that the floors are really loud and creak! But that is so minor compared to the positives of the place!

If you like clean and comfy..............
We loved our stay at the Yamhill Suites. We were met by two managers who were so nice, very helpful and made us feel very welcome. This room was EXTREMELY clean, well decorated and very comfortable. It was just perfect for two. It is close to the wineries in the area and very convenient to many restaurants and shops in Newberg. The bed was comfortable, as was the furniture. It would be a perfect place if a few couples were traveling together and rented their own rooms. (Their are five suites available in the building). We are hoping to do that with our adult children and their spouses in the near future. We really can't say enough about this place other than we HIGHLY recommend it and we will be back.

Super clean and great location.
We really loved staying in the Yamhill Flats #5. It's clean, bright, and airy. The location was perfect for us...we were able to walk to the local tasting rooms, restaurants, and coffee shops. It was close to the other towns and vineyards as well. We especially loved the coffee, cheese, and crackers!! Thank you much!
