I do like this hotel, but checking inn at 9pm and being met by the lady in reception who was half asleep and really could care less for the new costumers is not what i expected. I really did feel i was bothering her. Rooms are good. Free airport transfer. The early morning staff was good.

Both sink and bathtub draining slowly with rust on steel part. The breakfast was ok but did not like the use of paper plates , cups and cutlery !

El servicio muy malo en general, desayuno no tienen nada de variedad, la limpieza ahora es interdiario ,el teléfono de la habitación nunca funcionó por más que lo reporte, cuando le parecía ponían 2 botellas de agua, las toallas un día ponen 3 otro día 2 donde éramos 4 huespedes. He quedado sorprendida este año con el servicio.

I really appreciate the kitchen personnel that helped me with my lactose intolerance so I discovered that I just had the possibility to eat fruit and black coffee. I also found very helpful the transfer to the airport, the driver was very kind. Just for the way back from the hotel to the airport, when we arrived I couldn’t get to the transfer lot, it was very complicated and I had a person who needed wheelchair with me so I decided to call a Lyft. We asked for a 1pm checkout and the cleaning lady from 11am started to knock to our door asking if we were ready to leave. The room has a very dirty carpet. The bathroom was half renewed but I had the whole night some water running in the bathroom wall, I think there was a huge leak that I promptly reported the following morning at the front desk but when I got the opportunity to speak with a gentleman from maintenance he wasn’t aware of the problem, anyone from the front desk reported it. The front desk personnel I think needs to learn a little more attention and nice manners. That’s my opinion. I was charged for extra fees not specified on the page and there’s also a $250 security deposit for everyone. I don’t think I would stay there again.

Hampton Inn is always nice. However, at this location one elevator needs to be fixed because the doors take forever to open and close. Also, there was some kind of construction going on so the parking space in the back was limited.

This is my 2nd time staying at this property is a great property very clean, safe and comfortable. It’s literally Five minutes from hotel to the entrance of the mall walking distance. The only reason it’s not a five stars is because the shuttle service is Extremely unreliable I had to wait over an hour to be picked up and then I gave up so I took an Uber and the Wi-Fi will not stay connected.

The people in the front were very rude. I called early to request early check in and they said we would be able to check in early. We arrive and they make us wait 2 hours in the lobby. The guy at the front desk is a weirdo and did not even acknowledge me and my family when we tried to check out. Very unprofessional and the breakfast was not good at all. They don't answer the phones when you call from your room. Needed washcloths and towels, had to wait longer than 2 hrs to receive them. Day 2 requested the room to be cleaned, trash was left in the room.
