At first u think this guest is pleasant. They ask for a discount in an already discounted rental and then when they did not get it they tried albeit unsuccessful to force a refund. They made very verge and unsubstantiated allegations and made negative assertions on vrbro and the host when they could not get their funds back. They used wifi, trash can and then pretend that the place was not clean. This guest pretends a lot and I will advice host to be careful,they look harmless but can mess your rental . I will never host this guest and his family and will never recommend this guest. At first I wanted to refund but when I went to the listing I discover they lied and a very deceitful, do u decided not to. In return they decided to spread lies to vrbro.off course vrbro knew their rules and he provided no evdidence. Knowing fully that they could not be aaked to provide evidence of smell they used that as a reason . They are the worse guest i I have ever had in a long while and can never ever host them
