We didn’t actually ever get to the property because we never got picked up from the airport. I called 5 times over a 90 minute time frame and they kept telling me they were on their way. We ended up cancelling our reservation and staying somewhere else.

This was a worst experience , hotel staff was rude, shuttle driver was having no etiquette . Worst part was hotel staff three member knocked at the door at 1.16 am midnight that my check out day was 4 may and not 5 may , they shouted from without checking my booking and asked to leave at midnight 1.30 am pst 5 may , i will call customer care Expedia to discuss this harassment and for required further steps on this

I will say, the staff accommodated my complaint immediately and moved me to a cleaner bigger room. They were always kind and accommodating. However, the place is roach infested, unclean, and I broke out very bad perhaps from the linen. The housekeeping was always available to provide fresh towels and they were kind too. Only book here if absolutely in a bind. I really hope they can get pest control to rid of the bugs and do renovations because they are good people. Just bad circumstances. Also, the parking is super limited due to using the lot for airport parking. Once again, they did accommodate by moving cars when I needed to get out.

Parking absolutely sucked noise all night long from car alarms that weren't even marked because of patronage. And a staff that had no clue what was going on at any moment. I was expecting nothing and I got less than I expected.

Online it said they had extended parking available for an additional fee,main reason i booked here. Not only was there no extended parking available it was difficult to find any parking at all. When i did it wasn't even close to my room. Cars were blocking cars just to fit in. The room was ok to stay in for a few hours to rest your head but I feel they're main use is for "questionable activities ". Huge gap in the door frame allowing light and whatever to crawl in,probably from a forced entry. 10/10 would not recommend staying here

Absolutely worst place ever. I can’t believe it is even legal to be open. Heater did not work due to electrical short that appeared to have melted the plug. The valve in the shower was broken so it would not turn off. Not just a dribble but full shower pressure. The flush mechanism in the toilet was rusted away. The parking lot was used for airport parking and they honk the horns of the cars to find them so car horns are going off almost constantly. We switched rooms twice but there was little to zero improvement.

It's advertised as having a free airport shuttle... You do have to call and even then, the shuttle never came. I ended up ubering to the motel. It would have been more worth it for me to book at a better hotel after accounting for the cost of Uber.

If you prefer to stay in a unclean motel, vehicle’s park on top of each other, and a rude receptionist, then look no further than Motel 6. I had to go and CLEAN the bathroom.. hair in the tub, urine stains on the upper and lower seat of the toilet. Not to mention, cracks on the bathroom tile floor. In the section where the beds are located, I was afraid to walk on the floors, because it was uneven.
