Our home offers a welcoming stay to our guest, be it business or pleasure, our home is equipped to cater your needs.

Located 30 minutes from the Pinnacle overseeing Tennessee, Kentucky and Virginia, only 10 minutes from the Norris Lake Marina, our town has convenient stores like Food City, Ingles or Standard Walmart, also near by National Parks and hiking opportunities, our home leverages it’s location and welcomes you to re-discover East Tennessee.
The space
Our one floor level home offers three bedrooms, the master bedroom does include its own bathroom. Our second bathroom is located in the right side of the house and is usually shared between guests.

We are still working on our kitchen appliances however the area is fully equipped and ready to host breakfast, lunch and dinner.

Living room area does offer a pull out bed in our beautiful sectional to enjoy movies or a nice chess game.

Lovely deck situated in a spacious yard ready to turn any Saturday morning into a grill gathering.

Lastly our lovely porch is also available for you to enjoy your southbound in rural Claiborne County. Immerse yourself in the clouds as you sip some sweet tea in our perfect Tennessee weather.
Guest access
Front yard usually used for porch seating or bird watching.

Back yard is spacious but does come with close neighbors restrictions. Our fencing system guides the area and can be used as a space for sun bathing and pic nics.

Please remember this is a subdivision and social etiquette is displayed and expected from our neighbors as well as our short term rental guests.
