Located on the first floor, the front patio overlooks the community pool & your private back patio offers partial ocean views with just steps to the water. The kitchen has all new appliances with a keurig coffee maker and all the cookware you need to make a homemade meal in your home away from home. When you're not basking on the shore line, you'll find that the complex provides great on-site amenities such as a new heated swimming pool, kiddie pool, 2 gas BBQ's and direct ocean access. Situated in one of the best locations in NSB with Restaurants such as Chases, Izzy's Tacos & SoNapa All Right Out Your Front Door. The Pineapple Pad is a 1/1 condo that can accommodate up to 2 guests or 3 (we offer a crib for babies), need more space? NO PROBLEM! This unit can be enjoyed combined with unit 105, the adjoining door allows you to easily combine both units and can sleep up to 6!

Coastal Waters is an oceanfront complex on the driving section of New Smyrna Beach. When you're not basking on the white sands of NSB, you'll find the complex provides great on-site amenities such as a heated swimming pool, 2 gas BBQ's and direct ocean access. Within walking distance to many great restaurants with just a short drive from Flagler Ave.
Located near 27th avenue park, walking distance to some of NSB’s popular hometown restaurants and just minutes away from Flagler Avenue & Canal Street! There is parking in the front  and an overflow parking across the street which can accommodate your trailer or boat, parking is first come first serve with appropriate parking pass.

Pineapple property is fine for family trip

Our chosen property is a fun stay that we have been doing for decades. These small condos have been redone, and are much nicer than in the past. We had issues with TVs not working, toilet stoppage and AC upon arrival. We arrived after midnight but our son had turned on the AC for us. Parking is a problem since the on-sight lot and parking across the street were full. My husband parked across the street at unrelated business, so we had to move the car early AM. Our AC in the bedroom was always inadequate with the tiny wall unit, rotating fan and ceiling fan still leaving us uncomfortable. The kitchen is tiny but adequate for our needs. We were a group of up to 20 with family and friends staying in several first floor rooms. We used the available grills for cooking steaks. The pool is perfect with chairs, tables and umbrellas. We will definitely be back since we can rent for the number of days we need.

DO NOT STAY HERE. This place is extremely overpriced. The pictures are very misleading as the building is very crowded and old. The unit itself was dirty and cheaply furnished. The walls are paper thin and the unit is right outside the pool area which was noisy all night. The bedding was dirty and when confronting the owner about the conditions, they did not care to make any effort to help or offer any kind of a refund. They do not tell you that there is limited parking and we had to pay to park on the other side of Atlantic Ave because their spill over parking lot was full. If you are looking for a relaxing place to stay, look elsewhere. Very disappointing experience.

Beach Getaway

The Pineapple Pad was very cute and clean. The location was good and access to the pool was nice. The only issue, which is kind of a big one, was the bedroom A/C didn't work very well and it got quite hot.

Great place for 2

We enjoyed our stay very much! Only issue is being right next to the door going in and out of building and the door/gate bangs loudly. You get used to it though. Clean and fun decor. Thanks for the beach stuff, especially the cooler!

I didn’t receive the email with the entry info. I had to call VRBO ago reach the owner after no response. The condo was not at all clean. The bathroom drain was full of hair. There was no toilet paper and there was trash on the floor in the bedroom. The building was very old. There was junk outside the sliding door and a view of fence.

This was our 2nd stay @ Coastal Waters, we absolutely love the Pineapple Pad. It was clean, nicely decorated and right by the pool. It was close to all the best restaurants.

pineapple pad paradise!

we had a great time at the pineapple pad! location and accessibility to the beach was perfect and we loved that the condo was at ground floor level. the place is just so cute and comfortable. we do wish there had been more space for clothing but the place is small so we get it!! highly suggest for anyone with a small party!

Quick Beach Trip

This property is an older property, however, the unit itself has been renovated, and while it is small, it is VERY cute and functional for a couple or small family. (There was a sweet little crib in the bedroom) The King size bed was one of the most comfortable I have ever experienced in a rental with fabulous linens and bedding. Adorable full size kitchen and property is directly on the beach, and the unit is a short distance from the ocean. Would stay here again.

We had a wonderful stay. Ocean, beach, and pool were great! We left a few Keurig cups for the next guests, as we were not prepared and had to go buy some for the morning. Came with ground coffee for regular coffeemaker.
