Everyone at Moontide was very friendly and helpful. The condo was probably the best stocked VRBO that we have ever stayed in and we have stayed in many. Access to the beach was difficult for a few days but that couldn’t be helped because of the beach project. We would certainly recommend the condo.

A delightful property!! Everything you want and need for a fun vacation! Great facility with wonderful amenities! Our unit was close to the swimming pool and we loved it. AND great beach access!! We went from the beach to the pool and then back to the beach. Property managers were helpful and very friendly. Check in and check out was so easy! Cute place to stay and fun beach details in the unit. Beds we're comfortable and everything worked wonderfully. Full kitchen that had everything we needed. We will definetly come back.

Relaxing Family Vacation

This property was beautiful and allowed us to spend a week with our family who vacations in the same building. Our condo was perfect for our family of 3 and even had a cute chair for our 3 year old daughter to be able to sit and relax. It was spacious and clean, well equipped for a wonderful week at the beach. I can not recommend this property and property management enough! We can’t wait to come back next year!

The property is clean, comfortable and has some nice extras like beach chairs and towels. Beach access is easy and beach area is quiet. Neighborhood is primarily residential so you’ll need a car to get dinner, groceries, etc.

The facility was wonderful. Convenient drive to activities and very clean. The check in and checkout process was very easy. The pool and exercise room were well taken care of. The managers of the building and the building maintenance staff are very friendly. The work on the parking lot is very loud. It will be nice when it is completed.

Relaxing and Beautiful!

We had a fantastic stay at the beautiful condo. Everything was as described. The management office was wonderful and allowed us to schedule get together in the social room for all of our baseball families. It was the perfect way to celebrate.

Best Place to Stay in NSB

Our family stays at a condo in NSB every summer and we love trying out new condos. This was BY FAR the easiest check in/out process! We parked, checked in, unloaded, and were on the beach enjoying the water in less than an hour! This condo is easy to access, on the same floor as the pool and gym, which made it very convenient. You do not have a direct view to the beach in front of you, but that was not an issue for us. It was more important for us to have a direct view to the pool area. We enjoyed the beach breeze on the balcony every evening. The condo has absolutely everything that you need for a week vacation. The owners of the property communicated with us very well before and during our stay. And the office staff was very helpful with any questions that we had (we just needed to obtain a gym key). We will definitely be staying here again next year!

Home Away from Home

Our condo at Moontide was our Home away from Home for 2 months. It had everything mentioned in the description plus extra’s. They gave you a weeks worth of dish soap, dishwashing soap, washing machine soap, trash bags, etc.. The condo is spacious, clean, very nicely decorated and steps from the workout room and pool. The staff and people at Moontide are very nice and helpful. Jim (host) was always quick to respond to any questions we and went above and beyond to make sure our stay was memorable. We look forward to coming again and staying in Jim’s condo.

Excellent stay On the beach

Property was as advertised. While it does not have completely clear view of the beach, you can see and feel the beach. Pool is also visible from to the unit. Perfectly safe and convenient if you want to enjoy the beach and pool. Clean as expected and all convenience features as listed. Property managers were very communicative when the power was out one evening for no fault of theirs. We loved our stay with 3 kids and would recommend it to everyone.

NSB Beachside Condo

The property was perfect for our famly. We really enjoyed our stay. The view is not great, but we spend our days on the beach anyway. I wasn't absolutely sure about the check-in process and sent a message to the owner. He was very prompt answering my questions. The office was to send an email about the check in process. I didn't realize they did send an email 6 months prior to our stay. Not the property or the Owner's fault, but the pots/pans were dirty when we arrived. We cleaned them and left them in better condition. The guest bathroom shower diverter broke during our stay. The office promptly called a plumbing company and it was fixed the next day. These small things are typical for condo ownership and were tanken care of quickly. The owner and office staff are terrific.

Wonderful Oceanfront Stay in New Smyrna Beach!

Excellent location on New Smyrna Beach! The condo is comfortable, spacious and well-equipped. The heated rooftop pool was a hit with our kids. The property owner was extremely responsive with all our questions and kept us up to date. The building's rental coordinators were very helpful as well. We would definitely return and highly recommend!

The unit we had originally rented was not the unit we stayed in due to HVAC issues.

We were set up in a different unit than we had rented due to HVAC issues. Jim and the property manager were extremely helpful in relocating us and being very open with communication! We were very well taken care of in that aspect. Unfortunately, the unit we stayed in was not as nice as the one we originally rented. Felt like we missed out in that way. But still had a great time!

Despite the hurricane, we prevailed. It's a fine condo!

The arrival of Hurricane Nicole meant we had a forced evacuation of three nights and beach conditions were unfavorable. This is not the fault of the condo management nor the owners. All parties including the owner of the condo did their good natured best to help make the best of the uncertainties of the Nicole situation. The unit has a good, albeit not complete view of the sea. The covered garage parking is ample and quite secure. The condo kitchen is well supplied, and there are games, books and puzzles. All furniture, including beds, is comfortable in this imaginatively beach-themed unit. One good restaurant is in easy walking distance, but the majority of the others will require driving. As the November weather was unseasonably too cool, we did not use the rooftop pool, but it appeared to be in very good condition. We would encourage people to rent this unit and in advance to ask questions of the owner as to beach conditions including stairway accessibility to the beach. Thumbs definitely up for this unit 👍 despite the hurricane!
