Step outside to enjoy unobstructed views of the beach, watch the waves, or relax with your morning coffee. Both bedrooms are positioned on the opposite side of the condo and offer views toward the Intracoastal Waterway.

Inside, the renovated kitchen features white cabinetry, stainless-steel appliances, updated countertops, and everything needed to prepare meals during your stay. The remodeled bathroom includes a spacious glass-enclosed walk-in shower with floor-to-ceiling stone tile and built-in seating. Coastal furnishings and updated flooring complete the clean, comfortable interior.

Guests also have access to the complex's heated oceanfront pool and surrounding lounge area. With the beach only steps away, a large ocean-view balcony, and water views from every main room, this condo is well suited for couples, families, and relaxing New Smyrna Beach getaways.

If you do decide to bring your furry friend with you, there is a pet fee of $300 for a month long rental. This is simply to reward our cleaners for the extra detail they will put in to remove any additional stains or shedding that occur during your best friends stay in our home. :)
