This Bright, and cheery unit is on the waters edge and steps to the beautiful white sands of New Smyrna Beach, a 1 bedroom 1 bath well equipped condo that provides everything you need for a relaxing vacation. The recently remodeled ocean view bedroom accommodates a king size bed, A/C, en-suite full bath and private balcony access where you can enjoy sweeping views of the ocean. The upgraded kitchen comes with new appliances, granite counter tops, a keurig coffee maker, and cookware. The condo is also equipped with plenty of plush towels, linens, beach towels, beach chairs, an umbrella and more to make your stay an unforgettable one.

Coastal Waters is an oceanfront complex on the driving section of New Smyrna Beach. When you're not basking on the white sands of NSB, you'll find the complex provides great on-site amenities such as a heated swimming pool, 2 gas BBQ's and direct ocean access. Within walking distance to many great restaurants with just a short drive from Flagler Ave.
Located near 27th avenue park, walking distance to some of NSB’s popular hometown restaurants and just minutes away from Flagler Avenue & Canal Street! There is parking in the front and an overflow parking across the street which can accommodate your trailer or boat, parking is first come first serve with appropriate parking pass. New Smyrna Beach is known for its small town character and family atmosphere. The warm climate, wide, white sand beaches, and variety of outdoor activities make this the perfect Florida beach vacation spot.

PLEASE NOTE:
We provide a "starter supply" of toilet paper, paper towels, hand soap, and trash bags. The starter supplies should suffice until a trip to the store is required. We do recommend you bring shampoo/conditioner, soap, coffee, and anything else you may need for your perfect vacation!

Good layout, good ocean view. Older beach motel refreshed as condos…it’s close but the age of the building is hard to overcome. There was a mildew smell and the doors don’t seal well. Dehumidifier in the room was helpful but shouldn’t be needed.

For a second choice it wasn’t bad

It was a very old complex. It was clean and we liked the location and the bed was very comfortable. The doorwall off the bedroom balcony didn’t lock well and was very drafty. The front door was very temperamental it opened with a key pad. The manager gave me the code for the lock box with the key. I had to use the key half the time. The parking lot was always full and we had to park across the street and it was hard finding a spot there during bike week. I won’t be returning.

The property is old but keep in reasonably good condition. There is no elevator and the room is a long way from vry small parking lot. If you are looking for upscale room on the beach, this one is not for you. If you want an affortable room on the beach, it will work fine.

Great rental

Great little place! Its right on the beach, as expected. It was quiet evey night. The bed was very comfortable. The pool area was very nice- pool was heated. Close to town and everything you need. The owner was quickly responsive to answering questions. Overall, very pleased with everything!

Lovely accommodation

We only stayed 1 night and did not have time to enjoy the amenities. However the apartment was clean and lovely. The view is breathtaking. The host was very helpful and kind.

Mold on the ceiling in the living room. Mold on the table under the tray. Moldy pot holder. Hairs on the bed and towels. Rusty chairs - one broke the instant one of us sat on it. Fork on the floor beside the bed. Ceiling fans need cleaned. We left after one night vs staying for two.

Very Nice

Great location with nice updated furnishings. Second unit from the beach with a great view from the balcony patio and bedroom. Had everything you need for a relaxing beach vacation. Very clean roomy interior. Old stove but worked fine. Small parking lot in front with most of the parking was on the sandy public access road. We would definitely rent it again.

We enjoyed the space, but, 1 beach towel per person for a whole week wasn't enough. One beach chair, and a camping chair wasn't sufficient. It's ok if we were saying for a weekend but not what we are used to for a whole week.

Great Stay

The unit was beautifully decorated. Comfortable. Very clean. Owners were exceptionally easy to work with. Beach view right off of the bedroom balcony. Only complaint is the parking, or I should say lack of parking. Otherwise, a fantastic place to vacation.

Nice Spot on the Beach

Location was great being right off the beach. Less crowded section of the beach too. Pool was a bit crowded and crazy with kids when we stayed, but the room isn’t right next to the pool which ended up being a plus. The renovations inside the unit were nice, but the building’s bones are older. The air is hard to balance throughout. The box fan and ceiling fans helped, but we had to keep the living room area pretty cool and that may not be ideal if you were hoping to use the pullout like we were. The bedroom wall unit was noisy and not super efficient, but we were able to work without it and overall enjoyed our stay.

Great location and view!

So close to the beach (I live in FL and have never seen a property so close to the beach), access only steps away, beach views from every window/porch. Heated pool, restaurants walking distance/short drive. Quaint and quiet area, sunrises are breathtaking! Only complaints: door sticks a little if not held just right will not open, key chain for gates was broken and key fell off onto beach sand and not found. Gates only open on one side, aggravating but possibly a safety mechanism in place. Property manager was prompt and very helpful-Vanessa. Beautiful property and will plan to stay again if in the area!
