~Kitchen has granite countertops, all stainless appliances, filtered water, and ice dispensers, service for 12, and is stocked with a blender, crockpot, Keurig combo carafe coffee maker, and even recipe books!

~Dining area large farmhouse table seats 6-8 people comfortably.

~Bedrooms have luxury memory foam mattresses, new bedding, and ceiling fans, with the owner's suite featuring a king, and the second bedroom featuring a queen and twin bunks for sleeping flexibility with larger families!

~Bathrooms are updated with the en suite featuring a beautiful custom tiled walk-in shower with a versatile spa head fixture.

~ The living room sofa is a pull-out queen sleeper, and there is a recliner for afternoon siestas with an ocean view!

~Both bedrooms and the living room have ROKU TVs, so you can sign in using our private in-unit WIFI to all your streaming accounts and pick up where you left off of your favorite series!

~On the roomy balcony, you will find a bar-height dining table and chairs along with a reclining lounger and a glider with ottomans so you can put your feet up, relax, enjoy the views, and listen to the waves crash on the beach.

~EXTRAS! We are second-generation owners and treat our unit as a home away from home and want you to feel that way too, so the unit is stocked with games, puzzles, beach towels, boogie boards, tennis racquets, beach toys, and more!
