At the Pelican - you can't get closer to the beach than this!

Relax on the balcony of this 2-story oceanfront condo while soaking in the sunrise with your morning coffee - the unobstructed beach views don't get any better than this!

The first floor consists of an updated kitchen with stainless steel appliances, quartz countertops and everything you need to make mealtime a breeze. Sit at the round-glass dining table which features comfortable chairs for 5, for meals with a view or maybe work on a puzzle or play a game with family and friends. The living room with its comfortable brown leather couch and sleep-inducing electric Lazy-Boy chair is the perfect place to gather at the end of the day. If you can tear your gaze away from the waves breaking on the beach, there is cable tv, with plenty of channels to choose from, along with apps for all the streaming platforms. Also located downstairs is a half bath, convenient when company is over and/or for limiting the need to go upstairs.

There is a small storage area under the stairs that has beach chairs, umbrella, toys for the kids and a cart to carry everything down to the beach.

On the second floor you'll find the master and guest bedrooms, both with ensuite bathrooms. The master bedroom shares the same oceanfront view as the living room with sliding glass doors and a small balcony. For your comfort there are 2 twin Tempur-Pedic adjustable beds with Pure Cool Max soft tops. They are attached together to form one king bed, but each twin bed can be adjusted to an individual's preference. There is a lot of closet and drawer space to store all the clothes you'll need in your home away from home. The master bath has a combination tub and shower with a curved shower rod and plenty of room for shampoos, soap and body wash. There is a medicine cabinet with additional storage space.

The guest bedroom has 2 twins which can also be joined together to form a king. The guest room bath has a beautiful, tiled shower which evokes the dreams of mermaids.

The condos common areas include direct beach access just a few steps away from the condo (and yes, there are elevators), 2 pools, one which is heated during the winter months, gas grills and shuffleboard courts.

Home away from home

A much needed mother daughter vacation

The property was BEAUTIFUL!!!!!We loved the condo, the beach & the swimming pool!I loved that location was quiet but wish there were a couple restaurants within walking distance but thats no fault of condo owner. We loved loved it!

Superb stay and loads to do

The property is within easy walking distance to two eateries one way and a bunch the other, including a Tiki bar. They are generally very high quality as well. The location did not attract beach cars so it was more private and there are great swimming pools as well. The view out of the windows is stunning. There is also a lot of attractions nearby if you have a car or Uber for closer things. Dune park we saw sharks, tortoises, dolphins and found a sand dollar. Right out the window you could often see dolphins. Everyone was very friendly and the car parking was no issue. On the property was everything that we needed for the beach. It was super clean, quiet and homely. Plenty of storage space and facilities. We arrived late and there was some snacks and water waiting for us. Trevor has been an excellent host, trustworthy and communication was not an issue. We would definitely stay here again if we are in the area. Thank you!

Amazing View

Amazing view

The view from the living room and master bedroom was amazing. The condo was clean, and provided plenty of space for my family and guests. The property has nice amenities with the pools and barbecues. Excellent and friendly owner that we met in person and spoke with on the phone.

Lovely Getaway

We had a lovely time at this condo. We come to NSB every year and this is one of the nicest places we've stayed. VERY clean, the best need we've ever slept on in NSB by far, and easy parking. Appreciated the thoughtful touches like coffee k-cups and water upon arrival. Beautifully decorated and great linens and bedding. Excellent communication with owners. We plan to return again!

Unmatched ocean view

The Pelican is a great property. We especially enjoyed the pools and the community grilling station on this trip. The condo was perfect for our needs. Right on the ocean with spectacular views. Beauty and the beach.

This condo has a lot going for it. The location right on the beach is beautiful. Easy access from the pool deck to the beach. One pool was down for repairs but the other pool was in fine order. We used the pool grills on a few occasions to make dinner. There is something special about grilling while listening to the waves poolside. Inside, the condo has so many amenities. Extra beach towels, coffee and filters, soap for the washing machine and dish washer, beach chairs with a wagon and umbrella, even bottled water in the fridge! There were just some really nice touches that made this place stand out among the rentals we have been to in the past.

Unbeatable Ocean View

The photos on the listing are accurate. The views are as amazing as you would think. The condo itself was clean and supplied with anything we could have needed. Access to the huge pool deck and beach access is easy and convenient. Check in process was simpler and easier than anywhere else we have stayed. You will be dealing directly with the owners vs. any management company, and they are beyond accommodating and responsive. Yea, just book it. You'll enjoy every minute. Kind regards, Daniel

Our family vacation stay At the Pelican was amazing. The view is breathtaking and right on the oceanfront which was an amazing way to wake up in the morning. The inside of the home was immaculate, comfortable with tons of space. I can not say enough about the owners as they were AMAZING proving immediate communication and providing tips on where to watch an unexpectant rocket launch. We plan on coming back to this lovely home again very soon.

Ideal family get-a-way

This property strikes a wonderful balance of beach, pool and adventure for any vacation itinerary! The condo description is very accurate, and communication with the host went very smoothly.
