3 Prospect Place, New Quay

3 Prospect Place is a charming period semi-detached cottage located just a few minutes' walk from the beaches, harbour, shops, pubs and restaurants of New Quay. Its location and views have charmed four generations of the owner's family. Children have learned to swim and sail here, trails walked and coves and beaches explored.

The house was fully refurbished and decorated in 2018. The conservatory offers sea views and an opportunity to spot dolphins and seals in the bay.

OUTSIDE
Private terrace to the side of the cottage has sea views and a seating area with large table and chairs to make the most of outdoor dining and for soaking up the sea air and sun. Dedicated off-street parking for 1 large car or 2 smaller cars.
