Just a short walk from the historic St. Charles Ave, where you can get on the streetcar “trolley” that'll take you to the French Quarter is a new construction 2 story 5 bedroom 2.5 bathroom spacious house. With a bohemian/modern decor vibe, you’ll find yourself right in the middle of all New Orleans has to offer. Being located in Central City, in close proximity to all parts of the city, makes our place an ideal accommodation for all.

1/2 BATHROOM Located in the hallway of the bedrooms

2nd FLOOR
BEDROOM 3 White/Blue - Has 4 full-size beds comfortably sleeps 1 or 2 people on each bed, depending on size of individual, this is an open loft area room.
BEDROOM 4- Cream/Black - queen size bed
BEDROOM 5 - Gold/black - queen size bed
BATHROOM 2 Located in the hallway of the bedrooms

KITCHEN- is fully equipped with modern appliances, fridge, microwave, coffee maker; blender, dishes, cups etc.

DINING ROOM & LIVING ROOM – Open floor plan allows enough space for 10 people to lounge in the living room and dining comfortably. Wifi , included – 55” smart tv.

PARKING- There is free street parking.

We send our guests an illustrated pdf before their stay with a list of initial supplies we provide and recommendations for some of our favorite local spots!

Our guests will have full private access to the entire home.
Check-in anytime after 4:00 PM


THIS ISN'T A PARTY HOUSE, please avoid an unsatisfactory experience due to cancellation for being sneaky about the number of guests on your reservation.


~~MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY 10~~
ONLY registered guests are allowed in the property at ALL TIMES. Exceeding max or unregistered guests will incur cancellation and a fee.
~~GUEST REGISTRATION~~
Primary guest and 1 additional guest must provide a valid ID. All other guests must be registered by full name before check-in.
If the primary guest is under 25, a valid ID from someone 25+ is required (presence not required). No local guests. Emergency contact required via form.
~~ CANCELLATIONS~~
Once your reservation is confirmed, your dates are reserved exclusively for your stay and our cancellation policy automatically applies.
Date changes for a future date must be requested 30+ days before check-in.
~~NO SMOKING AT ALL~~
Inside the home. You may smoke outside in the backyard only. Violations will be immediately reported, and the $900 fine will be guest's responsibility.
~~NO PETS ~~
Service animals will incur an additional fee for non-routine cleaning and damages.

~~ DEPOSIT~~
A refundable security deposit of $500 will be collected. If no damage is reported following your stay, the full security deposit will be
refunded within 72 hours after check-out.

REMINDERS:
~~CHECK IN/CHECK OUT~~
CHECK IN is anytime after 4:00 PM.
CHECK OUT is at 11:00 AM. To respect the Housekeeper's time any late check out will incur a $59 fee, for every 30 mins.
An early check-in or late checkout must be arranged in advance. If available $49 per hour will apply to each request.
~~SURVEILLANCE CAMERA/NOISE SENSOR ~~
Camera covers the front entry only. Noise levels above 75 decibels prompt a message to lower the volume. Repeated violations will result in termination, if police are involved; $1,000 fine. Devices are not to be tampered with.
~ HOUSEHOLD ITEMS~
Missing or damaged items will result in a replacement fee. Towels and comforters are for their intended use only, and stains will require replacement.
~~PROPERTY RELATED KEYS~~
Failure to return keys will incur a $100 replacement cost.
Lock Out Service Request:
$120 from 10:00 AM–5:00 PM.
$200 from 5:00 PM–9:00 AM.
~~LODGING OCCUPANCY~ ~
Guests staying 31 days or longer acknowledge this is a temporary reservation under transient occupancy, which is a stay for lodging, not residency. There is no lease.
~~ ELECTRICITY FOR MONTHLY STAYS~~
The average cost is $6.05 (KWH 50.32) if guests leave electricity on all day when away from the property or for any other reason excessively use the electricity guests will be responsible for the overage after a $200 electricity bill.
