Some of the staff are rude, they gave me a room that was not clean, beds without sheets, boxes of pizza on the desk. Some of the rooms they gave us where smelly. I recommend if you stay only for 1 night, more than that do not bother.

The rooms were not cleaned& had a strong odor of some kind. Bathroom tub had dirty stains & cigarette burn marks. To make things worse there was no toilet paper.had to go to reception desk to get it Check in staff was lethargic & not helpful. Walked to my room & to my dismay the key soul not work so I walked back to reception it was midnight reception said o would have to wait for security to come & open the door with his master key needless to say his key did not work either walked back again with my luggage. Was asigned another room far away from reception only to find out it had weird smell which would not go away.seating. In the morning went for breakfast to find out limited tables to accommodate guests. People were standing around.This facility is giving a bad name to La Quinta Inns nation wide. I will think twice to stay at another La Quinta Inn

. The place was still being painted and we were told to keep the room &paint would dry fast. The room was leaking water by window below was ac and carpet was soaked wet. Super dirty smelled terrible. We did move to another room which was much better but carpet was also wet by a/c. Will never again book there!

My room plus the 2 other rooms,I'm on the 1st floor another guest with me on the 2nd floor,other guest on the 3rd floor all rooms dirty 1 room had a refrigerator 1 room no working tv,front desk customer service was horrible she was very rude all rooms was paid for they start calling me asking what time I'm arriving it shouldn't matter what time you have your money already, she was giving our rooms away(really).the clean up crew came in didn't clean nothing absolutely nothing trash behind the bathroom door remade the bed,left towels next to the tv not in the bathroom,didn't wipe down the counter tops, didn't vacuum the room,didn't clean the bathroom one customer was complaining to the staff after he left the told the other staff member he's just drunk don't worry about him overall stay at this facility ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE

I spent the weekend there. The cleaning was never done. I asked about an ice bucket, I received 2 paper coffee cups for ice. The towels were nonexistent. We asked for towels until 9:00 pm. Never ever got any clean towels. The room door had been kicked in and the latch was so bent there was no way to use it. I told them on checkout it was the dirtiest place I had ever stayed in. The ice machines on each floor are a joke. Not working. In order to get ice I had to walk across the parking lot to the lobby. I am an elderly female with disabilities. I don’t blame the staff, I blame management. Please don’t stay here. It is worst than horrible.

They said th t had no rooms then we went on line and booked it. The room smelled despite being told the carpets were cleaned that day. They were wet for the two day stay and sticky. Only provided 2 tiny towels and bath mat. The tv was stuck to the table this hard to see when laying in bed. No remote had to call for one. Easy to get an Uber into the heart of the city though

Rooms where dirty, management where rude, no clean towels, no toilet paper, they put us in a room where there was a connecting door and they were partying the whole time, drugs where being sold next door all week long, no room services, no housekeeping until fourth day. Overall it was a terrible experience. It is by far the worst la Quinta I have ever stay in usually they are not bad but this one was privately owned and was terrible

Was not allowed to check in at 3PM - had to wait until 5:45PM. Missed dinner and other plans, through off the whole itinerary. Staff was rude, unfriendly, and unconcerned.

The staff was great, but the property is in real poor condition to include the locking mechanism on the door. I barely slept due to fear of someone walking in on me. There was gun shots and I did not feel safe at all.

Drove right hours to find out they cancelled our reservation we made six months in advance, but never contacted us to let us know. But they charged my card so still waiting to get refunded for that.

This property is suitable for homeless people or smokers, the rooms and the place are in terrible conditions, dirty, bad smell, I had to cancel and find another place to stay. Please it needs a lot of maintenance and cleaning, the photos are one aspect of reality another. I do not recommend it.

The spring was extended from the mattress about 2 inches and cut my husband on the leg. We left a note for the manager to call us and we never got a call!

The room smell disgusting and it wasn’t even clean when we got there and restroom didn’t even flushed !! We felt like someone was watching us through the whole weekend!! The room had a door where we can hear people cough and talk through the door!! Not satisfied at all!! Will never come back!!
