Les employés à la réception sont tous très sympathiques et serviable. Par contre, pour l'entretien de la chambre c'est zéro, je suis arrivé le samedi, la chambre a été nettoyé le dimanche et à partir du lundi jusqu'à mon départ le jeudi aucun entretien, je vidais moi même la poubelle dans une poubelle plus volumineuse situé près de l'ascenseur. Aussi, ma chambre donnait sur la rue Decatur et c'est très bruyant la nui, il faut absolument des bouchons d'oreille pour réussir à dormir.

The staff was amazing. Rooms were well cleaned and smelled great. Parking however sucks. It's about 3 blocks away walking $31 a night. Also they are pet friendly but the closest grassy area to walk your pup is about 4 blocks. Area around the hotel was dirty, dark but it's bourbon street area new Orleans, to be expected.

Property was a smaller boutique hotel that provided decent lodging. We wanted a spot that had decent location, but that was not too close to Bourbon street. The mattress was okay, but if you have back problems I would not recommend. Also, the water does not get hot…remains lukewarm no matter how long you stays in the shower.

I loved the room I stayed in. It’s cute although there’s no view but I’ve been out most of the time. It’s close to everything! It’s quiet which I love! Away from the crowd and noise but still walkable… I will book a room again! Thank you! Staff was so pleasant!

Room was not cleaned. Overcharged for parking. Could not get housekeeping service. No dresser in the room had to use your bags. Great for a one night stay.

The cable was out in the area so I didn't have television the entire visit.. and the air-conditioning was a bit noisy. But other than that, the location is perfect!! The staff was friendly and personable and the property was clean.

The room was adequate however the cleaning service was non existent unless you specifically requested service, like emptying the tiny trash receptacles, supplying clean towels, making the beds or changing the sheets. You couldn't even call down to the front desk because the phone was dead, as in no dial tone, not working. The front desk persons were very polite and helpful. Basically you get a room and no service. 4 nights

It was in a great location. Rooms are small but that’s expected at an older hotel. My wood floors were very slippery I was afraid I was going to fall. But other than that it was safe and very convenient area around restaurants and shopping areas close to Canal st. I don’t recommended the suite. Very dark gloomy and small for the price looks more like a dungeon. I would stay again.

The hotel is located in a less hectic part of the French Quarter though car traffic can be loud with music blaring. Staff is very friendly and lobby and rooms are clean and comfortable. Highly recommend

My room was spacious, clean, and soothingly decorated. Coffee and tea are available throughout the day. When I remarked that there were no caffeine-free options, a member of the staff prepared decaffeinated coffee for me. Desk personnel were helpful.

It was nice enough for the price, but could have been a bit cleaner (there was a lot of grease on the window and dust on the molding). The beds were comfortable and clean and the room was quiet. It would have felt more secure if the front door of the hotel locked at night.

The room was just as pictured and very clean. I know a few previous reviews had mentioned low water pressure, but it had been completely normal/fixed in my room! The surrounding area was a little bit loud at times with a construction site and facility nearby, but the hotel offered moving to a quieter room upon request. The beds were very comfortable. One of the nicer hotels (especially at the price!) in the area. It would make the hotel even better to update the microwaves/fridges in the rooms.

The hotel was very clean, staff was accommodating with great customer service. The area was in walking distance from prominent areas on the French Quater. The only is this our water pressure was low which caused the toilet to not flush fully.

Lovely hotel, great service. Couldn't hear French quarter noise but a waste facility next door is loud late at night.

The property was in close proximity to everything we wanted to do. At first glance, the room was a little small but it was perfect for what we needed.

Fantastic boutique hotel with very friendly staff and charming atmosphere. It’s located in an area very close to lots of activities. The beds are super comfortable with very good quality linens and pillows. The room also had a mini fridge that was great for keeping cold snakes and drinks. A market is located right next door with a great selection of snakes and food items, so very easy to stock up on snacks. I would definitely stay here again!
