Would come here again
I stayed a few nights in New London to try Daddy Jack's. Red Roof was a nice stay that offered all I wanted. Staff was very nice and helpful.

This has been the worst hotel experience I've ever been first of all they gave me the wrong room when I opened there were people sitting inside the room. It took them 20 minutes to give me a new room and that room smelled horrible the floor was dirty and didn't have a FRIDGE neither a Microwave the environment was horrible. The service was terrible not friendly at all.

We stayed with our dog and they had a nice grassy area for walking the dog. Even though the Inn is near a highway it wasn’t loud at all. It is not of cause a 5 star hotel but it was clean and comfy enough to sleep. Plus allowing dogs with no additional charges is big plus. Will stay again.

Glad i am only passing through. Used to like the red roof inn chain. But this has changed my mind. 1st, they wanted me to sign the check in paper with no prices on the paper. When asked about it, he said it was for the acknowledgement of "no smoking" in the room. 2nd, the a/c in the room was off when i enteredt he room. Turned on and left for 4 hours. Returned and still warm in the room. 3rd. Loud noises outside (people) half the night. 4th, i paid for the superior room. Got a standard. 5th no wifi code. And the signal in the room doesn't work, but as soon as you walk out, work fine.

There was nothing to like in this hotel. The door to the bathroom did not close, no soap in the dispenser, the shower didn't work properly. There was a guy rapping at 3am outside, I felt unsafe at this hotel.

The motel was great. Our neighbor not so much but the motel was definitely one of the better ones we have been in lately

They have very shady practices, I had put I would pay at the hotel at 1pm when check in is at 3pm they were charging my card stating because it’s policy and it’s Saturday. You have 24 hours to cancel, I do not disagree with them charging my card but not at 1pm this can be done by 6-7pm giving the customer time to show up. Felt this is very shady and not right. I have stayed in plenty of hotels this has never happened. not reserving a room here ever again

Room smelt like mold, very small, pillows had black stains, bathroom incredibly small, curtains were a moldy yellow and black. Outside the hotel was dirty and the people around seemed sketchy. This property felt like it was made for prostitutes and drug addicts. We entered the room, looked around and left instantly. To say The images online were deceiving is an understatement.

This was a very disappointing experience. Even though we called ahead and we’re told it would not be a problem,the room was not ready when we arrived for early check in and we had to wait for two hours. Once in the room, there were no bulbs in the reading lams over the beds. Someone did come to install them after we reported the lights were not working. The bathtub had stains. Small bugs were seen on the bathroom counter in the morning. On the positive side, the beds were comfortable and sheets were clean. We chose RRI because we have a cat and know of their pet friendly policy. We will not stay here again.
