The wifi isn't free, which is a bummer. The beds are very comfortable. The hotel is close to good food options.

They at least triple the room prices for min 3 night stay because of Yale Commencement. My room was on the 4th floor facing the utilities on the flat roof top and parking garage with dirty windows.

Valet ignored me so they wouldn’t have to park my car. Garage had no working elevator. Their systems were down so they couldn’t make me a key and staff had to walk me in and out my room every time. Bed was comfortable but room sucked and hotel sucked.

What a gem ! I found the staff exceptional . Little touches like the chocolate covered strawberry upon arrival really added to the experience .

Very nice hotel, room was clean and well-taken care of, and it was near everything needed in the city. My only issue was the elevator to the garage, which to their credit they did text notify us ahead of time would be under construction, and the confusing parking garage where workers were spraying water all over the place and my room card with the yellow dot wouldn't scan to exit the garage. I'm not sure if I was charged more for using the ticket as opposed to the room card, but the machine was confusing.

Everyone was lovely and very helpful. The elevator was not working from the parking to the hotel which was a little annoying. Otherwise great stay.

What a lovely hotel. The rooms were comfortable, clean and the beds were extra cozy. The staff were all very friendly and welcoming. I rarely write reviews but was so taken aback by some of the negative reviews I thought it important I write something. Thank you for a great stay!

All the service is fantastic, I love the rooms, the good restaurant, and the good server. All the staff are so kind. This place will be the first choice for my whole family for our next visit.

It is a very nice property. The only recommendation is that about the size of the room. The room we stayed in was two queen beds. However, I think it is too small for two queen beds. For a king bed room that is fine.
