This is a private 1st floor apartment in a two family home. It was renovated from top to bottom in 2023 with central air conditioning, all new kitchen and bath, EV charger, hardwood floors, stainless steel appliances, and granite counter tops. The unit features two bedrooms with queen beds and a living space with a couch that can be used for another guest as needed.

PLEASE NOTE that our EV charger is undergoing maintenance (as of 7/20/26). It will be back up and running soon, but please make sure to ask us first if you are hoping to use it.

This sparkling clean apartment features everything you`ll need to feel at home including:

- All bedding and extra blankets and pillows
- Towels, toiletries, hair dryer, iron and ironing board
- Washer/dryer in unit
- Complete dishware, pots and pans, and cooking supplies
- Both off-street and on-street parking
- Gigabit speed WiFi with free Netflix, Hulu, HBO, Paramount+, Peacock, and Disney+
- Pack and play, high chair, inflatable mattress, and even desks are available upon request.

Regarding supplies: Please note that we do provide starter items, such as paper towels, toilet paper, dishwashing and shower items, that will last you the first few days. If guests run out of these items or there is something not provided in the unit that they need, guests are expected to obtain these items on their own. We have a list of grocery store options in our guidebook if needed.

Need more space? You can rent both units of this house (MacKinnon Manor). Inquire with us about options for larger groups.

Guests will be able to use the entire apartment.

My husband Colin and I live just a few minutes away in New Haven and are available if you need anything.

Parking: There is space for one car per unit in our driveway. All other vehicles can park on the street. Street parking is free and is typically easy to find on this street.

PLEASE NOTE that our EV charger is undergoing maintenance and is not currently available for use.

Noise: This unit is located on the first floor of a two-unit home and you will hear the upstairs guests at times.
Must be at least 21 years or older to reserve this space.

Please note that no animals are permitted at this property. This includes emotional support animals.
