Discover the Magic Lake Living at Kentucky Lake Chalet! Perched into the hillside with sweeping views of Ky Lake, this 3bed, 3 bath hillside retreat offers stunning views from nearly every room. Enjoy a private 30-ft covered slip dock, two jet-ski pads, and a golf cart for easy lake access & a game room with a pool table. Unwind in the hot tub under the stars, fire up the grills, or unwind by a fire pit. Amenities galore- Perfect for family, friends, or fishermen—this is Kentucky Lake life!


Tritoon Boat Rental available for additional 400.00 daily -

On the main level, the living room boasts Italian leather furniture and two stories of windows to take in the best views of the lake . The open concept flows into the dining area and fully stocked kitchen. There is also a full bath and a large bedroom with 2 queen beds. The wrap around deck is a great gathering place to relax and enjoy the views.

The upper level has a large loft area with more scenic views. It s a terrific area for the kids to play games, watch TV, or to read a book. The loft has a queen size sleeper sofa that converts this into another semi-private bedroom. The master bedroom and bathroom with slate tiles and a large shower are also on the upper level. From this bedroom you can experience the amazing views of the sun rising over the lake, its spectacular!

The lower level is sure to please as the game room comes complete with a full size pool table, an oak bar with leather bar chairs, 52 Inch UHD TV, dart board, & walk out side to the screen in patio porch & enjoy the hot tub. Also on the lower level is a full bathroom and private bedroom with a queen size bed, bunk bed with a double bed, twin on top & a twin trundle.

The property sleeps up to 14 (1 king, 3 queen size beds, 1 Bunk with 2 twins & 1 double bed, 1 queen sofa bed), 3 full bathrooms (one has a tub, the others have large showers), a full kitchen with all the amenities, and a game room complete with a pool table, bar and leather bar chairs. In full, there are 3 living\ seating areas, upper level deck and lower level screened in patio with plentiful seating.

Cable TV on separate channels (i.e. you can watch different channels in separate rooms!), high-speed internet access (wired or wireless) and land-line phone are provided.

The community boat ramp is just around the corner for launching your water toys. If you don't have a boat, arrangements can be made for daily\weekly rental of a pontoon, speed, or fishing boats from a nearby marina.

Play and relaxation space for all ages

We had a Spring Break for grandchildren that hit a cooler patch of weather, but there were abundant indoor entertainment areas as well as a large outdoor hot tub. We still managed some lake time, drove to nearby play grounds in Murray and Paris Landing State Park. The kids loved the LBL exhibits of farm settlement and nature center. The house has many comfortable sleeping spaces (we had parents, grandparents, aunts, and a friend plus 4 grands), multiple games available, 4 independently functioning TV screens, great outdoor cooking equipment, and was extremely clean - important for our crawling 11 month old. My grandchildren want to come back 'when it is summer' :) and finally - even inside, the sunrises were amazing!

Rob is awesome

We thoroughly enjoyed our visit for a family get together/fishing trip for grandparents and grandchildren. The home has excellent views, fun activities for the kids and a supremely workable/stocked kitchen for the preparation of family meals. It also had extra amenities like the use of the mule for going to/from the lake, a covered dock, fire pit and fish cleaning table. The only thing that surpassed the home was the hosts (Rob and Tracy). They were an excellent resource and communicated with us in planning the trip. They are A+ hosts.

Everything you could ask for!

This place checks all the boxes: beautiful view, spacious house, great kitchen, comfy beds, the hot tub and all the toys! We had a wonderful time with our kids and grandson. Having the mule to haul people and equipment to the lake was a huge plus. Very quick response from the managers when I had questions. Made some priceless memories in a well-stocked house.

Exceeded expectations

We stayed at the Kentucky Lake Chalet for 1 week in August with our teen children and their friends. It was a wonderful week of water all day, and games/cooking meals at night. Besides the tubing of course, the teens loved the giant hot tub, the ping pong table and the pool table. Rob, the owner, was constantly reachable for any questions, or to let us know to check out the moon over the lake! Great property with picturesque views, and wonderful owners who were eager to make our stay enjoyable.

Best equipped Vrbo

This was an amazing experience from beginning to end. This home had the best equipped kitchen vrbo experience ever. I had carried so many unnecessary things like my good knives for prep. The home had fun for all ages from ping pong, video gaming system, pool table, hot tub, life size connect four, and more. Paddle boards and kyaks provided. Great outdoor cooking options ie firepit, pellet grill, and gas grill with provided fuel. A mule to get around the property. We rented a tritoon and it was delivered to a private dock. Truly the best bang for the buck all the way around. Nicest host couple ever. We will be back.

A Merry Christmas!

We booked this property for our Kansas City, MO and Greenville, SC family to meet up for Christmas. To say it was excellent, is an understatement! Rob and Traci are such great hosts and this property is amazing. They have everything you need to have a successful stay. The house was in excellent condition and they had decorated it, and even had a Christmas tree! Our entire family would recommend this place and great hosts for anyone looking for a wonderful place to stay! Thank you Rob and Traci for everything!

Where do I begin?

This place was perfect for our family vacation! The layout works great when you have a wide age range, allowing places for everyone to relax without feeling like sardines. There were plenty entertainment options inside and outside. We had 4 kids ages 13-17 3 boys and 1 girl and not once did we hear “I’m bored. There’s nothing to do!” Also, the owners were helpful and quick to respond which is also refreshing! I could go on more but I’d run out of space. Highly recommended for the views, space, cleanliness and helpful owners.

Loved our stay

We absolutely loved our stay here. The property was clean and spacious. There were so many fun things to do in the house - darts, pool, ping pong, game table, hot tub. We just loved it. The dock was down a big hill, but having the gator made it possible to get there. Also made for a beautiful view of the lake from the deck! Great communication with the owner before the trip.

Great Experience!

This home was beautiful and amazing. Everything was clean and nice. It was just the two of us but we enjoyed the games, the hot tub and the views! It made us want to stay forever. And communication with the owners was quick and they were very nice.

Awesome vacation

We had 2 families (10 people) rent this house for a week and it had everything we needed. The owners are wonderful to work with. We spent every day on the lake and enjoyed every evening in the hot tub and playing bags. This is an awesome place for families!

Excellent property, will return!

The site is beautiful, the house is great, and the hosts were excellent. The house sits on a hill overlooking the lake. The view is beautiful and the property is very nicely maintained. There is a steep path from the house to the lake, but it is navigable on foot or with the mule(think off-road golf cart) included in the rental. This was a very nice inclusion in the rental. Having a large dock to keep our 2 boats in the water all week was great. Our boats were fine through a few storms and all Mother Nature could throw at them. Having private docks with this property is a huge plus. We had a very hot week. The well maintained air conditioning in this house was critical for our stay. We would not have enjoyed this stay during this week without the air conditioning. It doesn’t always matter, but during this week it mattered and this property delivered. The rooms and bathrooms were nice, as was the kitchen. We loved the game room with a pool table, dart board, and awesome video games. We had a few issues during the week unrelated to the property that the hosts helped us out with. They didn’t need to do anything yet were wonderful. This makes a world of difference. We stayed with 3 generations of family and all enjoyed the stay. We will return to this house with these great hosts.

Kentucky Lakefront Chalet

We had a wonderful vacation at the Chalet. It is a beautiful setting with spectacular view of the lake and night stars. We had our two sons and their families including a 2 year old and the setup of the house was great. We ate on the deck overlooking the lake every night. Kitchen has everything you could possibly need. We rented a pontoon and enjoyed time on the lake and also at the lakeshore of the property. It is a long steep downhill walk to the water but doable. Having the mule was great for hauling stuff to the lake and dock as well as people. Would rent again.
