«The staff was friendly at check-in. We then went to our room, and it was, for lack of a better word, disgusting. The couch had a weird brown stain over most of the cushions. I went to the front desk and informed them. The man working the desk said there were no other rooms and he would make a note of it. I again addressed it when we checked out, yet nothing was done. At that time, I also informed him that the room in general was dirty. There were food crumbs on the bed and in the center drawer ...
