The gated complex has its own private access to the Guadalupe River, right by the rapids at Gruene, so the water is a short walk from your door. Rockin R Tubes is across the street, and Gruene Hall, the oldest dance hall in Texas, is a half mile away.

The complex sits right on the Guadalupe with private river access for swimming and tubing. We're downstream of Canyon Lake Dam, so water levels change with release schedules. Some days it's a lazy float, other days the swimming area is smaller. Rockin R Tubes, across the street, can tell you current conditions.
