Easy access to the river from the backyard using our newly constructed stairs. 110 feet of direct river frontage makes this property ideal for anchoring tubes onto a tree and sit back and relax. Great deep water for fishing that beautiful Texas River Trout. State Fishing License is REQUIRED on all Texas Waters.

Brand new kitchen complete with granite countertops as well as being fully stocked makes it an ideal hangout space for prepping meals. The newly created pass through window to the dining room is convenient for setting up dinners with the family. BBQ grill outside is ready to handle those steaks and burgers after a long day on the river, just bring the charcoal .
