Pet Fee: $25 one-time deposit + $10/night per dog (max 2 dogs).

Furniture Rule: No pets on beds or furniture—$50/item fine, $250 if on beds.
Dogs must have ID/rabies tags, remain leashed, and stay on the property.
Aggressive dogs are not permitted.
Please clean up after your pet and dispose of waste properly.
