Unacceptable Hygiene and Poor Service – Never Again (
I stayed at this hotel for nearly two weeks, from December 26th to January 8th, but my room was only cleaned twice during the entire stay.
When I inquired at the front desk, they informed me that rooms are typically cleaned every other day and can be done daily upon request. However, none of this was communicated to me during check-in. Furthermore, the front desk staff were not particularly friendly or welcoming.
The two cleaning services I did receive were appalling. The toilet was not cleaned at all, and the bed sheets were never changed. I had injured my finger and left bloodstains on the sheets, but even after the "cleaning," the same stained sheets remained. In fact, the sheets were not changed once during my entire two-week stay. It seemed the housekeeping staff only straightened the duvet and replaced the towels before leaving.
I have stayed at over 200 hotels worldwide, and I have never encountered such a lack of basic hygiene and professional service. This was a highly disappointing experience.
