I booked this room because the website stated that it contained a "deep, soaking bathtub" Not only was the tub the standard shallow tub, but the porcelain was chipped with sharp spots and the drain was rusty, dirty and did not close properly. The toilet handle was loose, making it difficult to flush.
There were only thin curtains on the windows, which faced a brightly lit parking lot and shopping center - it was difficult to sleep with all the light pollution in the room.
Upon arrival, I was also required to put down a $25 "room deposit", even though I had paid in full in advance. Though it was eventually refunded, I feel that I should have been advised of this upfront.
