Great stay in Göreme
Nicely designed hotel, great central location. Very nice rooftop terraces. Nice and comfortable room, but a few details they could pay more attention too (such as paint from the ceiling splattered on the bathroom floor). Very good breakfast and good service from very sweet staff.

Herşey çok güzeldi, çalışanlar çok yardımcı her konuda. İlk gece kaldığımız oda biraz soğuktu bizi hemen daha büyük ve sıcak bir odaya aldılar. Odaların ambiyansı, otelin konumu çok güzel. Kesinlikle tavsiye ederim.

The staff were friendly and breakfast were great however we had to ask to be moved after the second night because of the noise and lack of outdoor light. Unfortunately the room felt claustrophobic and there was a lot of noise from the cleaners who started cleaning from 6am. I would not recommend staying in the underground rooms as this disrupted our stay and ruined the weekend we had planned. Otherwise in a good location and clean hotel.

The facility is absolutely amazing… The property is clean, safe and offers all of the amenities a guest would want… The service staff, especially Fatma in the rooftop restaurant are amazing. Warm, friendly, and very welcoming. It was a wonderful experience all together.

Amazing hotel
Amazing hotel stay. We stayed in the masonry suite which was luxurious. Hotel staff were very friendly and conceirge sorted out all our sightseeing. Perfect for a couple. Small pool felt like swimming in a cave and is often empty.

Magnifique séjour
Nous avons passé un excellent séjour, la chambre que nous avions était parfaite surtout le lit, le personnel disponible et réactif, le petit déjeuner complet et copieux avec une superbe vue. Nous avons également dîner au restaurant de l’hôtel qui est de très bonne qualité même si les prix sont plus élevé mais cela en vaut le coup notamment pour les cocktails (meilleur de goreme)

El hotel bonito y muy conveniente su ubicación. La comida en general muy buena en especial el desayuno. La atención al cliente magnífica , organización de excursiones a través del hotel , servicio de traslados todo 5 estrella. La señora Fatma en el buffet del breakfast muy cariñosa y atenta. Solo pienso que sería bueno ubicar sombrillas en las terrazas del hotel para poder sentarse en días soleados.
