It has beds for 24 people and plenty of seating and dining areas as well as outdoor space for everyone in your group. You'll never get tired of the views of beautiful Scotts Flat lake and the enchanting forest around you. There are multiple game tables, a fire pit, a large Hot tub, and a large deck with a grill to keep you entertained for days. Access to the lake is only 5 minute drive and the popular Nevada city downtown with amazing restaurants and shopping is just a short 10 minute drive.

The property layout is as follows:
1st/ Main floor - Open living, dining, and kitchen as well as 5 of the 6 bedrooms 
2 downstairs areas - 1 bedroom with King bed on the bedrooms side of the house, game room with 3 bunks on the kitchen side of the house
Loft area off the living room with Lakeview with office, lounge, or yoga space
There are 6.5 bathrooms, 4.5 on the main level and 2 downstairs in each area
Hot tub access is off the downstairs game room area with an attached full bath
HOUSE RULES
- No smoking
- No events, parties, or large gatherings
- If evidence of partying is found at this property, guests will be subject to a $500 post-stay fine
- Any guests beyond the number listed on your itinerary will be charged a penalty of $50 per person per night. We reserve the right to terminate your stay without refund if you exceed the maximum occupancy (24 guests)
- Must be at least 25 years old to book
- Up to two pets are allowed at this property but you must enter it in your reservation. Please know that there is a $100 per pet fee for the entire stay. If you didn't pay the pet fee during the reservation you will be asked to pay during your stay.
- Additional fees and taxes may apply
- Photo ID may be required upon check-in
- Due to high fire hazards, the use of the outdoor wood burning fire pit is not allowed between May-October. Please check with the host if you have any questions.
- Please do not move the furniture and decorations
- Nevada city quiet Hours are from 10:00 PM - 7:00 AM and are strictly enforced by Nevada County Sheriff's Department.
Other things to note
- If you are traveling in the area during winter, BE PREPARED for potential snowy conditions. California Highway Patrol may require chains and/or 4 wheel drive with snow tires during winter and spring months. Guest fully understands and accepts responsibility for vehicular preparation for winter conditions.
- If you need to check in early or check out late, we suggest booking an additional night on the front end or back end of your stay. This will allow you to check in as early or check out as late as you need to accommodate your travel plans! Or contact the host at least 48 hours in advance to see a possibility.
- Your safety matters. There are multiple EXTERNAL ONLY security cameras on the premises. These cameras face the entrance points of the home, they do not look into any interior spaces
