Welcome to Les Boutilleries 🌿

We rent our charming family home in the middle of nature. A timeless atmosphere, between woods, meadows and vineyards.

If you like beautiful nature, absolute calm, beautiful views and observing wild animals, this is the place for you.

You will love our very large terrace, with a magnificent view without any vis-à-vis, on the hills of Sancerrois.
The interior of the house is charming and still in its original state. The park is more than 10 hectares: trampoline, barbecue, wide open spaces...
The house is comfortable and ideal for getting together with family or friends, or even teleworking in the countryside (fiber Wi-Fi).

Base rate: up to 8 people

Maximum capacity: 10 people

Linen provided, beds made on arrival and cleaning included

Supplement: +30 €/night/person over 8 people

1st floor: 1 "comfort" bathroom (without toilet) with large shower + separate toilet (toilet with sink)

2nd floor: 1 rustic bathroom with toilet (functional)

First floor: separate toilet

🦉 A refuge for wildlife

This place is particularly popular with birds and animals.
If you are curious, discreet and open your eyes (and ears) wide, you will be able to observe:
birds (sometimes rare), hares, and sometimes even roe deer at daybreak...
A corner of unspoilt nature, conducive to contemplation. 🌿

A heating/air conditioning package is included in the price, within the limit of reasonable use.
In the event of excessive consumption (read on our meters or equipment), an additional charge may be requested at the end of the stay, based on actual consumption.
