«Over all a very relaxing and good hotel with a very friendly and helpful staff. The only little minus I have was the wifi which is only in the lobby and was rarely working. Then again it was also nice to spend some days offline.»

«Our stay at the Om Shanti Patnem was a wonderful experience. The hotel offers direct beach access, outside dining and drinks, with a diverse menu. Beach lounge chairs are available for all guests. The staff is outstanding. Friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. The little shopping areas around the hotel were quaint and reasonably priced. There are many restaurants within easy walking distance of Om Shanti. Taxi and Tuk Tuk stands are close by. »

«Had a lovely stay in January for a week, the room was adequate for our stay, a comfortable bed, tv (if you like to watch tv), a/c and fan a balcony. The room is a bit small but wasn’t a problem the bathroom has hot water and good shower. The beach is a short walk from the accommodation lots of bars and restaurants around. I needed some washing doing when we arrived which Manjay (manager) sorted and was at hand for anything else needed. We liked Palolem and Sand Tent resort so much we’ve already ...

«This hotel was filled with Russian charter tourists. The place needs a serious update, the rooms and especially the bathrooms are crying for renovation. Wifi was not functioning at all. The service in the hotel was very poor. There were always a bunch of hotel staff both at the reception and in the hotel restaurant, however it seemed like nobody was really interested to help.»
