    The Space:

    Walk across the building's private bridge and take your dog on a stroll along the beach, or relax on the balcony for an incredible view of Proposal Rock. This comfortable second-floor studio has a queen-size murphy bed and a queen-size futon, along with cable TV, a DVD player, and a huge library of DVDs for your viewing pleasure.



    What's nearby:

    Located at the south end of Neskowin Village, this condo is a brief walk to two restaurants, a store, and an ice cream stand. A short drive to the north side of the village will take you to Neskowin Beach Golf Course, where you can get in either nine or 18 holes. Pacific City and Cape Kiwanda are a 15-minute drive to the north, and Lincoln City is a 15-minute drive to the south.

This was a great place to stay. We loved the view, how easily accessible the beach was, and having a kitchen to prep meals. We also loved that it was a very family friendly place, quiet and safe. We would stay here again.

Relax, rain or shine

Vacasa was perfect. Everything was great except very dirty dishes left by previous tenants. Very easy to relax and enjoy because of the view

Another amazing stay

We have stayed in this unit several times over the last couple of years and always have a great time. The room is perfect and the view is amazing! The only suggestion I can make is to find a way to get the extra microwave off the counter so there is more room for food prep. Other than that the room has everything you need!

Good place! Comfy bed! Incredible view. Appreciated a big refrigerator and having a stove with an oven. We wished for coffee filters. So you know…the door code & TV instructions dont match the actual. instructions need updating. The shower valve is stripped. Very hard to turn off.

Beautiful relaxing get away

Perfect place to take time to relax. There was no late check-out. First time i ever not had that at a place. Place equiped with everything only thing need was a wine opener. Other than that we loved it.

Love Nescowin

Great views of beach, tides, and sunsets! Easy beach access and great to let dogs run free when not crowded. Access to coastline roads and great birding. Property was very clean!! And well equipped. We cooked almost all of our meals there. Murphy Bed tricky at first but then easy and quick. Comfortable too!! Firm yet sift. Perfect Loved it all!

Great View and Value

Great view of Proposal Rock. Very small studio so even the two of us and our dog it was tight. Overall very clean, however, the clean towels smelled a little like cigarette smoke. Small (double bed?) hide-a-bed was comfortable. No linens for futon.

Amazing View!!

This was a perfect little stop for us. This place isn’t super fancy but cozy and the view from the window seat was amazing! Loved watching the birds and people and weddings. The only thing we had an issue was with the cable not working and there wasn’t enough pillow cases for the amount of pillows. We called to report it and no one came to fix it or bring us more cases.

Check in in was simple and the location was incredible. Cleanliness and up keep were an issue.

The location was amazing overall!!! The cleanliness though as well as the upkeep left something to be desired. The futon was ridiculously uncomfortable and the bathroom door didn't even latch when you shut it. There were cobwebs and animal hair all over when we checked in. I know that the listing said that it slept 4, however, I had 2 kids and my husband and it was less than comfortable.

King size bed had to be put together????window blinds would not closeslept on futon-very comfortableoverall our weekend was great but would not rent this paticular property again. biggest problem for us was the stairs had a bad fall on the frst landing banisters at top of stairs not safe for us old people we will use the rental agency again

Dirty/no hot water/beautiful view

The door does not fit in the hole and sticks in the lower left side corner, that getting in and out is quite difficult. It was also dirty. The floor was dirty. There were cobwebs hanging off of stuff and dead spiders in the corners and on the second morning all of our neighbors, including ourselves, had zero hot water and could not take showers. If it was clean, and there was hot water. It would’ve been the perfect place. The view is absolutely gorgeous.

Romantic Getaway

My husband and I stayed here for a quick getaway to celebrate our anniversary. The location is amazing and super close to both a restaurant and provisions store. The beach and view are breathtaking. There were some issues though. When we arrived there was sand and dog hair all over the floor. We had clean linens but I’m not sure if anything else was clean. We keep smelling a strong odor of old dog urine so I think maybe a dog peed under the bed. The blankets are the owners and I don’t think they have been washed in quite some time. We had to use sheets to cover the furniture so we were comfortable sitting on the chair and sofa. This place would be 100% perfect if they deep cleaned it every few month as did more than just a touch up between guests. When you allow up to 4 dogs in the unit there needs to be a better cleaning process as it can get really grimy. We don’t own dogs at this time so it was off putting to have dog hair and smells of urine in the space.

Incredible view through condo to beach, river, and Proposal Rock. Nice patio with seating to enjoy the view with coffee or meals. Bedding was okay for family of 4. We appreciated the fridge and small oven. There is a bridge which crosses the river to beach from condo, however it was closed off. Though we could walk around past all condos and restaurants to beach access from side road. Entry to condo was difficult because messages from VRBO were not coming through. They require a varification process with driver’s license matching selfie. Then give a code. Since VRBO messages were coming up blank, I called number on Expedia receipt, which did get me through to property management for help with room access code. Overall wonderful stay with beautiful view.

This is not my first stay at Neskowin Resort. I knew ahead of time what to expect. That being said it would’ve been nice to know the foot bridge was closed for high tides. It doesn’t look like it’s opening anytime soon so keep that in mind. Secondly we had a rough start with the door handle code lock not functioning properly. It was loose and appeared you could just jiggle it open but I shut and locked at least I think the battery must’ve been dead. After about a 15 mins call we were able to gain access via a key stored in a lock box. Upon entering it was clean to the visible eye. Definitely what you would expect quality wise for the price paid. But then I wasn’t too long until I discovered a stinky slimy sludge clogging the kitchen sink. It was pretty bad. I again called VRBO which was a hassle in itself due to the app being less than user friendly. I was assured someone would get back to me. So the kids and I left to go get pizza down the way, great pizza we knew we could count on that. I went to grab a towel to cover the stink coming from the sink and discovered there were only 3. Mind you we booked 4 nights for 3 people. They eventually showed up to clean the sink and left a couple stained towels after I requested a few more. All in all I will likely not rent from these hosts again. I love Neskowin it’s definitely one of Oregon’s best beaches but this wasn’t my favorite experience at the resort.

Great view.! Clean unit! The unit we rented was fine for the two of us but being one room with 2 beds to accommodate 4, - a futon and daybed - it would be very crowded if both beds were opened up for 4 people to use. They are difficult to fold back up to make the room usable as a living room.FYI: There is a stream that blocks off direct access to the beach but the building has a portable "bridge" from the bldg. to the other side of the stream making it very easy to get over to the beach without a long hike. Unfortunately, after day 1 of our 3 night stay, the bridge was withdrawn making it necessary to drive to the other side of the stream and take a long walk to the beach. Being handicapped and unable to walk very easily, not being able to use the bridge, made it impossible for me to get to the Neskowin beach. We wound up driving to Pacific City which has an easier access to the beach and ocean.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Everything was delightful. The spectacular view, and watching the Eagles soar, cleanliness, and the room even smelled refreshing when we entered. I didn't have to fight for the bay window seat overlooking the ocean and Proposal Rock. I hung out there all weekend. We didn't mind the short jaunt to the beach. Both of us will definitely stay there again. Good job. We highly recommend this place and don't forget to stop and eat at H I guess is that okay to Hawk Creek Cafe. We ate there every night because the food was absolutely delicious.

Beautiful View!

Overall very clean and the views were the best part of this rental. Important to note there is not an actual bedroom (which we overlooked in the description) so expect a futon. Wished we had a few more blankets.
