Well appointed for a small space. Radiant heat floor, heated toilet set and huge shower were a plus. Conveniently located on the Whitewater side of Nelson. However, even though the listing stated that it was wheelchair inaccessible, it didn't state that there was a steep outside stairway to gain access and there was snow and ice on the step which we had to shovel/break away ourselves. Also, the directions did not mention where the unit was in this big building and it was not evident which unit was ours. Luckily, a repairman happened to be on the premises to fix a boiler and he was on the phone with owner. This was good as the number listed on VRBO to reach the host was the wrong number. Once inside, we did find a different number to reach the host at which point they became very response by text to us when we requested bedding material for the futon which was reportedly omitted by the cleaning staff.
