«Did not like the size of the room nor the views - first night view of the alley and 2nd night view of a wall. No clock in room, 2nd night did not have a shower curtain.»

«Our stay was pleasant, we really enjoyed the entertainment in the lounge and the breakfast was very good. The front desk staff are great. We were not prepared for the lack of parking, it's almost unacceptable to pay over $300/night and not have parking available. One has to download a "pay by phone" app to pay for parking in a parkade next door and then schlepp ones bags. Highly unappealing!»

«Love this spot! Lakeside room is a must.
The gal that checked us in (Jan) was awesome!
We went to the restaurant and the service took forever but I feel that was the exception not the rule, I asked for an adjustment on the bill and they took $12 off, which was lame considering our food took 1.5 hours and the waitress didn’t acknowledge how long it was taking.
Other than that a great stay and we will be back.»

«We really enjoyed staying at this hotel for a week. There are only two minor things we would change.
We had a room where the bathroom was separate (down the hall), which was fine. The only thing I would improve is to have a fan in the bathroom that can run for more than a few minutes at a time. Because there are no windows or AC or other airflow in the bathroom is felt sometime like the room stayed warm and humid, the towels did not dry out completely and it was stuffy in there.
