«The property was great, room was incredibly beautiful but the property manager was rude and only wanted to do the bare minimum. The staff was nice and quick. The restaurant closed at 10pm after which i was refused any in room dining services. At 11pm i requested for a spoon and was told it won't be possible since restaurant is closed. »

There was a long pathway leading to the private beach, which was very nice, with reclining seats with roofs. Not possible to swim there, but amazing mangroves and corals on the beach. «This place was the only bad experience in an otherwise wonderful trip. Hotel does not have adequate staffing which led to most of the following issues: - it took 1 hour for them to check us in.
