Et veldig greit alternativ for en natt
Et helt greit motell. Så ut for å være rent, dusjen virket fint og aircondition var heldigvis god nok (kanskje unødvendig høyt støy i forhold til nyere modeller). Vi kom sent om kvelden og kjørte av gårde tidlig dagen etterpå. Var absolutt verdt en veldig lav pris.

This motel needs to be investigated by the city/county. The room I stayed in was very dirty and possibly a health hazard. My bedsheets were not clean. I found burnt cigarette holes and liquid stains on those sheets. The bathroom towels were also not clean and the shower area was not clean. The drywall had all sorts of stains and marks. I understand that the cost is cheap, but people shouldn't have to risk their own health over unsanitary conditions. We are still paying customers. Based on all of the reviews, it appears the owner keeps apologizing, but still doesn't address the issues. Like many, I also left the same day that I checked in. P.S. The location isn't safe either.

The service here was terrible. We tried to check in & it took 20 minutes for someone to come to the front desk. When they finally came to the front desk the lady was very disrespectful from the start. She kept talking to us with a bad attitude from the start. The room had no soap or shampoo. There were mosquitoes & some black bug crawling in the room. we talked to front desk & her excuse was "this is the dessert we get those kind of bugs here. If you want your refund talk to Expedia because I'm not giving it to you." I handed her the key back & left. I been to low quality places but this had to be the worst.

I had no blankets had to ask for them from a housekeeper. My remote was not programmed to the Tv had to move the Desk around and by hand click the children channel. A/C had broken vents. 1/10 stars. Only gave 2 stars because front desk/staff/housekeeper was nice to me and my family.

I was aware this would be a motel 6 experience, but the conditions were deplorable. Cigarette burns in the bedspreads, bathroom walls had cracks in it. Very disgusting.

The boxspring on the bed was cracked in half and hanging only a few inches from the floor. We discovered it only once we were in for the night and too tired to make a move. When we requested a refund we were told no .... very poor business practice. Only one star to begin with ... very old and basic.

Bad experience from in to the moment I left. No hot water for tea, no garbage can in lobby, no trash can in room, floors sticky when arrived had to wait untill next day to get cleaned. I've been to a lot of motel 6 this was the worst.

I will never stay at this motel ever again! I was born and raised in Needles and came to visit for the holidays and the whole time I was nervous about the conditions of the room and bathroom the first room we walked into smelled of cat urine went back to office and got another room it was better smelling but very old and bedding had cigarette burns on bedspreads we had no towels or toilet paper refills so I went to office the clerk stated no. Towels he said they were all dirty and that’s it no saying I will bring you some later! Nothing!!! We went and bought towels I’m very sad and upset as a matter of fact my mom paided good money for us to stay there for 4 days!! Maybe you should reimburse her or send a check !!! Something to make this disaster better!!

Convenient location. Good price. Needs to be remodeled though. Shower spayed all over. Difficult taking shower without getting floor all wet. Found a few roaches in room. Told front desk at checkout, but doubt anything will be done. Needs to be remodeled

Yes could hear traffic of interstate but so convenient to on ramp and nice staff saw my handicap sticker and changed my room to handicap same cheaper rate. Considerate! Cigarette holes in bedspread and worn out mattress but clean room.

The staff was friendly and helpful. The bed was comfortable. I was able to get a room on the first floor. Parking was easy. The room was clean but worn out looking. The shower had cracks and felt squishy as I stood in it. I was worried it would break, so I took a fast shower. There was bar soap but no shampoo. The comforter/bedspread/coverlet was clean but worn-out looking. It was not the hotel's fault, but the gas station closest was permanently shut down, and the next closest gas station had no fuel. I had to drive in the opposite direction I was going to get gas (near Carl's Jr.) so it put a little delay in my road trip.

The furnace for the room kept crapping out and finally it got stuck on, while hit even providing heat. I had to unplug the unit from electrical outlet at one point. There were TWO COCKROACHES on the refrigerator and ran under the refrigerator YUCK!!! The staff were friendly at check in and at checkout.

Bad smell, dirty room
I was given a room that smelled like a public restroom, then given another room that smelled somewhat less like a public restroom. It may have been the kind of soap they use to clean. I was too tired and just kept it. The microwave still had melted cheese/sauce from a previous guest. I saw a cockroach crawling around.

The room was dirty and had a bunch of bugs. The sheets in the first room were badly stained. We asked for clean sheets, and they chose to give us a different room instead. Of the two beds in the new room, the sheets on one were moderately stained, and the sheets on the other were slightle stained. I will never stay there again!

Affordable and super friendly staff. Someone who used to work at this Motel 6 told me that when accidents occur at night on I-40, the police will bring victims here to regroup. Obviously a business seeking to make a livelihood, but with a moral imperative.

Cheap treatment of guests.
I have never been at a hotel that did not have the basic amenities provided without having to go to the front desk to get them. The room has two double beds so it can sleep four. We were only two for this stay and there were not enough towels for 2 people let alone 4. Went to the desk to get needed towels, soap and shampoo. When my son came back to the room he said they DO NOT PROVIDE SHAMPOO. What a joke.

Disappointed
Bathroom walls were dusty. Toilet not clean. Shower curtain so short floors got soaking wet. Towels super small and no soap available.

Personal ist sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich. Nachdem ich eingecheckt hatte musste ich feststellen dass das Bad nicht richtig gründlich sauber war, und Toilettenpapier gefehlt hat. Da zu dem Zeitpunkt keine anderen Zimmer zur Verfügung standen, wurde der Mangel sofort behoben. Sie entschuldigten sich auch, und erklärten das momentan nicht genug Personal zur Verfügung steht, da zwei Leute fehlen. Bis auf die Sache, ist das Zimmer für amerikanische Verhältnisse in Motels, sehr sauber. WLAN ist leider allerletzte Schiene, und reicht nicht bis in die Zimmer hinein. Sehr traurig eigentlich wenn man überlegt dass wir schon im Jahr 2023 sind. Seit meiner dreiwöchigen Reise quer durch die USA, ist das mitunter das schlechteste WLAN was ich bis jetzt erlebt habe. Trotzdem würde ich wieder hier übernachten. Der Preis ist halt für die Gegend unschlagbar. Danke für den Aufenthalt!

First non-smoking room had stained bed covers with cigarette burns and smelled like smoke. Second room moved to TV didn’t work. Asked for another room for 93 year old mom and air conditioning didn’t work on a 90 degree evening. While Ray was apologetic and tried to find rooms for us, management has refused to acknowledge or address my concerns at all.
