Nestled within the private & upscale Camp Lake James community, this three-bedroom, three-bath cabin sleeps up to 6 people comfortably and offers a cozy screened porch with an outdoor gas fireplace along with a fire pit in its backyard. Inside, the home is filled with sleek furnishings and numerous upscale amenities. The primary bedroom on the main level has a Queen bed, the upper-level guest room has a Queen bed, and the additional upper level has two twin beds. There's also an extra Queen bed on the lower level.

Within a short walk of The Camp's Pavillion, as a guest at Wildside Retreat, you will be able to enjoy the exclusive amenities within Camp Lake James for the duration of your stay; take a dip in the pool, explore the lake by kayak, grab a quick bite at the Canteen, curl up by the stone outdoor fireplace, and enjoy community-led activities to your heart's content. Located in Nebo, just 45 minutes from Asheville, this beautiful and pet-friendly lakeside cabin is the perfect place to rest, relax, and recharge as you enjoy everything that the Lake James area has to offer. Spend your days adventuring on the nearby hiking trails before grabbing a refreshing craft beer at Fonta Flora's open-air brewery at Whippoorwill Farm (1.5 miles away), or travel less than 20 minutes to the charming small town of Marion where you can grab another cold one at Mica Town Brewing Company, or sample fresh seafood and a cocktail at Crabby Abby's Bar and Grille. After savory bites and sips, shop around at the Lake James Antique Mall, or take another short 30-minute drive to the "Simply Charming" town of Morganton where you can find more gift shops and art galleries to pick up a souvenir to remind you of your time in the mountains or for the ones you're thinking of that couldn't join you on this trip.

This home offers exclusive access to Camp Lake James community amenities, including a spacious pool & covered pavilion area with a cabana, but please note that the docks and fitness center are private and off-limits. Some blackout dates and holiday limitations apply. Please inquire for more information. While the home is near the lake, it is NOT lakefront and does NOT have its own private boat dock. However, you are welcome to rent a pontoon boat through Lake James Neighborhood Store (4.3 miles away) or Noah's Landing (10.3 miles away).
