«Spa was excellent»

«A real 5 star hotel , location is absolutely fabulous , staff very courteous»

«With the exception of an elevator mishap, the property was immaculate. Staff very helpful and friendly. Room was very clean. Nice shower with good water flow. Nice to have YouTube so I was able to watch my concerts and follow events. Good location near the airport and not too far from the Metro. Good area for walking. Thanks for the nice hospitality!»

«Room exactly as pictured .. very comfortable. Breakfast was of good variety and offerings changed throught our stay. Front desk and breakfast manager helpful and friendly. Walk to groceries, parks, etc. Hotel arranged both trips to and from the airport .. depending on traffic .. 15 to 20 minutes.»

«The location was ok, not so many places to walk around. The hotel is small and handy, clean and well maintained.»

«The location is great: right by the canal/water, in the middle of the city where locals live, rows along the canal and with key tourism sites are easy to get to. The hotel is what one can expect Crowne Plaza offers: pristine with great amenities. Many other international hotel chain in Tashkent are getting to be expensive as the city develops, reaching US hotel price range. Crowne Plaza offers Crowne Plaza quality yet still at a good affordable price for a foreigner. A superb value in Tashkent! ...

«Breakfast menu was good. To make it even better would be nice to add more milk products , carbonated water and fresh lemon slices. Gym room doesn't have attendance person always nobody there to help and safety check. Room cleaning perfect. Staff 99% friendly and very helpful.»

«The rooms were large and well maintained. The spa facilities were great and the central location is very convenient»

«This is a very nice hotel just by the theatre in Tashkent. Breakfast is great. Room was spacious and good.»

«Clean»

«Not 5 star luxury standard, just due to showing it's age. Has the grandeur of 5 star in lobby. Staff were helpful enough, did have issues with room power cut and issues with registration as a tourist but were dealt with by staff.»

«Our visit started off with issues with our reserved room which was not available. After having a discussion with the manager we worked out an agreement that was satisfactory. Overall this is an okay hotel to stay at no major complaints but no major positives. The best part was location which allowed walking distance to some of the sites. The worst was the breakfast which was not up to standards of any other place we stayed at in Uzbekistan. This is a four out of five place.»

«Uansett hvor man bor i Tasjkent, litt transport med metro eller taxi må man regne med. Veldig hjelpsom betjening. Vennlig og forekommende. Hyggelig opplevelse. »
