Relax near Navarre Beach in a modern family- and pet-friendly 4/2 home with a fenced backyard, screened patio, single-level layout, full kitchen, laundry, beach essentials, children’s items, board games, and space for up to 14 guests. Set in a quiet residential area about 10 minutes from the beach and pier, it’s an easy Gulf Coast home base.

This single-level 4BR, 2BA home is set up for easy Navarre stays, with an open living area, full kitchen, dining space, laundry room, screened-in patio, fenced backyard, gas grill, and driveway parking.

The living room, kitchen, screened patio, and backyard give guests shared spaces to gather before and after beach days. The bedroom layout works well for a mix of couples, kids, and extra guests, with standard beds for 10 guests and additional sleeping space available with queen self-inflating air mattresses.

Additional Beds
2 queen self-inflating air mattresses are stored in the hallway closet next to the second bathroom. Pillows and sheets for the air mattresses are also stored in that closet. Each air mattress can hold up to 500 lbs / 227 kg.

Standard beds sleep 10 guests. The home can accommodate up to 14 guests with use of the queen air mattresses.

GRILL

A gas grill is available for adult use. Guests are asked to clean the grates after use. A $25 cleaning fee may apply if the grill is left dirty.

THERMOSTAT

The thermostat is set with the following seasonal temperature ranges:

May through September: 72°F to 76°F, approximately 22°C to 24°C

October through April: 68°F to 75°F, approximately 20°C to 24°C

GUEST ACCESS

Guests have access to the home, driveway, garage, laundry room, screened-in patio, fenced backyard, and guest-use closets.

The owner’s closet in the primary bedroom is not available for guest use. Guests are welcome to use the second walk-in closet in the primary bedroom.

The HVAC closet is also not available for guest use.


HOA GUEST REGISTRY

Per HOA requirements, the booking guest is required to complete a brief guest registry with their contact information for HOA and stay-related support purposes.

LOCATION NOTE

Navarre is part of a military community, so guests may occasionally hear training exercises, aircraft, or distant booms. This does not happen constantly, but it can occur throughout the area and is outside our control.

GUEST INTERACTIONS

I respect guests’ privacy and generally give guests space to enjoy their stay. I’m available through VRBO messages if questions or issues come up, and I do my best to respond quickly.

HOUSE RULES

Please treat the home, neighbors, and neighborhood with care.

No parties, events, or large gatherings are permitted.

Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM.

Smoking or vaping is not allowed inside the home, in the garage, or near open doors and windows.

Pets must be included on the reservation. Please clean up after pets in the yard and do not allow them on beds or furniture.

Per HOA requirements, the primary guest must complete a brief guest registry with contact information for HOA and stay-related support purposes.

Trash pickup is on Tuesday. Guests staying through Monday are asked to place the trash bins at the curb Monday evening and return them after pickup when practical.

The gas grill is available for adult use only. Please clean the grates and drip tray after each use. A $25 cleaning fee may be charged if the grill is left dirty. For safety, keep the grill at least 10 feet away from the house while in use.

No parking in the yard.

Only registered guests may stay overnight.
