This elevated canal-front residence was designed to take full advantage of its waterfront setting. Positioned on pilings, the primary living areas sit on the second and third floors, allowing for broader canal views, enhanced natural light, and a more open coastal feel.

The home comfortably sleeps 7 guests and can accommodate up to 9 guests when using the living room sofa bed, making it a great option for families and small groups.

Second Floor

• One of the sofas converts into a queen-size sofa bed for additional guests.

• Bedroom 3: Bunk bed – Full on bottom, Twin on top (sleeps up to 3)
• Living Area: Queen-size sofa bed available for additional guests (sleeps 2)

The bunk bed can accommodate up to three children, or one adult on the full bed and one child on the twin.
