Welcome to our spacious, Non-Smoking, 5-bedroom ranch home, just a 15-minute drive from Navarre Beach! Perfect for families, this kid-friendly retreat features an outdoor pool with cascading waterfall - great for post-beach relaxation! Enjoy fast wifi, TVs in every bedroom, and streaming services like Netflix, Disney+, and Fubo. Kids will love the outdoor games including Cornhole, Jenga, and Connect 4!

In service of our guests' allergies/medical conditions and also to be good neighbors, we prohibit all smoking/vaping inside and outside of the home. We also do not host pets on our property.

This comfortable 3011 sq. ft. single-story home has plenty of space for everyone - with 5 bedrooms, 4 with king-size beds, and 1 kids' room with a bunk bed (single top bunk, full size bottom bunk, and a single trundle that pulls out). The home comfortably sleeps 8 adults and 4 kids.

There are 3 bathrooms, including a master bath with a walk-in shower and two others with shower/tub combos. A washer and dryer are also available for your convenience.

The fully equipped kitchen offers plenty of essentials and appliances, making cooking a delicious family meal a breeze! There are 2 dining tables, ample barstool seating and a cute 2-person breakfast table.

The family game area features a versatile multipurpose table that can be used for pool, table tennis, or additional dining space.

The main living area remains a comfortable retreat with a spacious sectional and a large TV for cozy movie nights. Please note that the fireplace is non-functional and is decorative only. This home is all about comfort and making sure you feel at ease during your stay.

Step outside into your private oasis, featuring a large fenced backyard for ultimate privacy. Take a dip in the expansive saltwater sports pool (33 ft x 14 ft, 5 ft deep) complete with a cascading water feature, or rinse off in the convenient outdoor shower. Pool heating is included in the nightly rate during colder months (Oct-April). Relax on the large screened-in pool enclosure, where you'll find outdoor dining. There are two gas grills in the backyard that are perfect for cookouts. Enjoy a variety of fun outdoor games, including Connect 4, Jenga, and Cornhole! With the public beach just a 15-minute drive away, you’ll have the ideal blend of poolside relaxation and coastal fun!

Guest access
You will have access to the entire home and the private pool. Check-in via a keyless smart lock.

The driveway can accommodate up to 4 cars. No street parking.

Other things to note
1. Please read our house rules before booking! We have a "no pet" policy and a "non-smoking" policy.

2. Guests are required to sign a rental agreement.

3. We do require that the booking guest has three prior positive reviews.

4. Although it's not guaranteed, please reach out to us to inquire about early luggage drop-off.

5. We love sharing our beautiful neighborhood with the local wildlife, but please be aware that occasional encounters with animals, such as pests, snakes, or even bears, are possible due to our Florida location near a wooded area. To keep everyone safe and avoid any unwanted visits from wildlife, please ensure that no food or trash is left outside. All food waste should be placed in the designated bin in the garage, and please follow the instructions for separating food waste from non-food waste.
