Situated in a quiet neighborhood just under 2 miles to Navarre Beach and the beautiful Gulf of Mexico, Palm Cottage is your home away from home. This three-bedroom, two-bath pet and kid-friendly home has everything you need for an ideal beach vacation! There is a large, fully equipped kitchen and dining for 6. The resort-style backyard is entirely fenced with a grill and firepit. Enjoy outdoor games and plenty of run around space for the pooch. As this is a private property, there’s plenty of parking space that belongs only to you, including a one car garage, a driveway that comfortably fits up to four additional vehicles, and one off-street space (still on property). There’s a washer and dryer to help with all of those salty bathing suits, high-speed internet/wifi, a living room with with a large screen, Roku TV (also with free YouTube TV) and an electric fireplace if you’re here to escape the winter. Of course, the house is equipped with central AC and heat with ceiling fans in all but the twin room and bathtubs in both bathrooms. Lots of room in the side yard to keep your beach supplies! Super convenient to lots of great restaurants and grocery stores! Electronic, keyless entry makes coming and going easy! Every area of this property is newly remodeled! And the best part - no neighbors above or below you!!

If you bring your pet, there is a one-time, non-refundable pet fee of $150 per reservation.

For the security of our guests and the safety of our home, we have external security cameras located at the front door (Ring doorbell) and in the backyard. The camera in the backyard does NOT record audio to ensure the privacy of our guests. Please contact us with any concerns. We want to make sure you feel comfortable during your stay.

Family Time

Was wonderful to check in and find a fantastic welcoming basket. We worked on that all week. Even though we brought coffee and paper products and cleaning supplies, it was all there. There were beach chairs and toys for the beach. And beach towels! Really felt at home in this home. Kitchen well stocked. Love the back yard.Very close to the beach and stores. And easy to travel the back roads if didn't want to deal with 98. Would definitely come back! One of the best places we have stayed in. Thanks!

Dream location! So clean and spacious, and gracious host!

We had the best time staying at this house near the beach. It was so convenient, literally down the road from major beaches, and so many shops and restaurants near by! Our six year old daughter had a blast just running around the house and our bunny had the time of her life in the fenced in backyard. The shower had the best water pressure, and just what I needed after the long drive down in the rain. Thank you so much for hosting us and making our first trip to Navarre so wonderful! )

Exceptional Cottage

much needed vacation

This was our first vacation in 17 years! we booked it months before and due to uncontrolled circumstances had to push our date out by another month. The owners were very accommodating and made it happen that was a blessing because our original dates they had snow. We traveled with our 2 dogs and when we got to the house we were very pleased. it was very clean and we loved the layout, our dogs liked the fenced in back yard as did we. The only suggestion i could make was maybe have a couple of lounge chairs to do some sunning. The house is close to the things you want to do,and a lot of restaurants Our favorites were east bay crab house and andy D's. we were sad to leave but the drive back to wisconsin was calling, we look forward to hopefully coming back next year for a longer time.

Awesome VRBO

Very clean home. Great communication with owner, such a pleasure to rent from Constance (Kim). Backyard was nice and if you have a dog (or dogs), they would enjoy it. Location was very close to Navvare Bridge. I would definitely rent this property again.

Exquisite Cottage

This is a neat cottage with great fenced backyard. Our dog loved the place. I hope they keep the scavenger hunt going. That was fun! Right near a convenience store, restaurant, supermarkets, and the causeway to the beach. Can't recommend it enough!

Cozy House, Great Location

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Palm Cottage. The house is well maintained and was very clean. We enjoyed all the little things like having plenty of silverware, items and utensils for cooking(although we did not cook or use the stove), spices and teas and plenty of dishes. The scavenger hunt was a fun touch to our stay. The bedrooms are nice and spacious and the bathrooms were plenty big enough for four people to stay here and not feel cramped. The A/C held temps well even in the intense Florida summer heat. We enjoyed the refrigerator having filtered water and ice as we do at home. This allowed us to take clean water to the beach in our bottles instead of buying a bunch of disposable bottles. Lovely back yard and hot tub although we didnt use either. Super easy check in and out and great communication with the owner.

The perfect beach cottage

Everything about this house was perfect! All the little touches from the well-equipped kitchen to the comfortable beds made our stay perfect. The neighborhood was quiet and in a location that made it easy to avoid traffic and still get to the beach quickly. It was a perfect choice for us. We will be booking this one again!

Adorable Cottage

This cottage was the perfect spot for our family stay in Navarre. Close to shops and restaurants, Navarre beach (pier) and a short drive along the beautiful coast to Pensacola Beach. Host had all the homey accommodations for both us and our pets. Would book again!

The house was great. It was well decorated, with little things that made it stand out. There is a sandy area in the back with a firepit, and a hot tub near the backdoor. The beds were very comfortable & check is was extremely easy. It was close to everything I wanted and the roads in the neighborhood run parallel to the main highway. I loved this as it allowed me to circumvent any traffic on the highway. I cannot say enough about this place. I will be renting this property again when I return to Nevarre.

Winter Getaway

My wife and I have visited Navarre each of the last 3 years. On this visit it was mostly the 2 of us and our 2 Brittanie’s. Two of our children and their spouses paid us short visits on separate dates. The house and property were exactly as advertised. The owner/host was extremely responsive to any and all inquiries. The kitchen was especially well equipped and user-friendly. The master bedroom was spacious and comfortable. The second and third bedrooms were both quite small, so having more than two 2 additional people staying for any length of time might a bit crowded. The fenced yard was perfect for our two dogs. We made good use of the gas grill provided with the property. Bike riding in the neighborhood was a daily activity. There is a golf course within 10 minutes drive from the property. We enjoyed the scavenger hunt the owner set up. We stayed for three weeks for the better part of March. We had some rainy days and the temperatures were a little on the cool side, but there was no snow or ice to remove!
