Denne leiligheten er BEAUTIFUL ligger i 9. etasje på Caribbean Resort, direkte på Navarre Beach.

Leiligheten har 3 soverom, 2 fulle bad og har god plass til hele familien.

Leiligheten tilbyr et stort åpent konsept kjøkken, spisestue og stue. Spisestuen seter 8 komfortabelt og ekstra sitteplasser i frokostbaren. Dette kjøkkenet har helt nye tilpassede skap, høyere ende rustfritt stål apparater, granitt benkeplater, og alle fasiliteter hjemme.

Stuen har en stor sofa seksjon med matchende hvilestol for hele familien å slappe av etter en lang dag på stranden. Den eneste leiligheten på Caribbean Resort som tilbyr en elektrisk peis. Stor flatskjerm-tv plassert over peisen.

Hovedsoverommet har en king size-seng og sittegruppe med gulv til tak vinduer med utsikt over Gulf. Den har en garderobe og tilgang til balkongen. Mesterbadet har en luksus tur i dusjen, dobbel forfengelighet med granitt benkeplater.

Det andre soverommet har 2 queen size-senger, flatskjerm-tv og et stort skap.

Det tredje soverommet har 2 queen size-senger, og flatskjerm-tv. Stort skap med kommode.

The condo is laid out weird, can’t access the kitchen from most of the condo. The internet does not work in the living room to use the tv. We tried everything! The condo itself is beautiful and clean, beds were very comfortable. If you can get past the Internet not working, I would recommend staying! We did not stay inside that much anyway, the beach was calling! We had a great time staying here. 9/10

A slice of Paradise

Our stay was relaxing and filled with fun and laughter! Our Colorado family enjoyed the beach every day and evening! The home was beautiful and filled with all of the amenities that made our stay’s restful ! Our landlord was always available for any answer’s that we might need! We will definitely be back to stay in this beautiful condo which is located just steps away from the beach 🏖️

Good place to stay

Condo was great! Exactly how it is listed is what you get! I don’t think however you should be asked to make sure the dishes are cleaned and put away or be asked to start a load towels on departure. I travel often and have rented many VRBO places and have never been ask to do either of these things. Taking the trash out and starting the dishwasher is common. Leaving your towels in the bathtub or bathroom is common. That’s why there is a cleaning fee! If you aren’t someone that cooks or does laundry on vacation you may not have dishwasher soap or laundry detergent! There were neither of these things in the condo upon arrival. There is usually a one time use of dishwasher soap and there have been a one time use package of detergent. I did cook and do laundry so luckily I had both at the end of our stay to take care of the request.

Vacation 2023

When you work 12 hours a day time with your family becomes limited. This condo was roomy enough to fit our family, giving us valuable time to spend with each other. We have stayed at the Caribbean resort before but this was by far the nicest condo we have stayed in. Any questions i had wete answered in a timely manner, great place to stay

Great location, horrible WiFi

The location is unbeatable! The WiFi connection was awful for the entire week we stayed though, spotty and poor connection at best. Obviously we were there for the beach, but in the evening the kids wanted to stream movies on their devices etc and were unable to most of the time. There were other small things that were irritating like trash under the couch (that became an issue because we had an infant in our group who kept finding things, otherwise we would have never known) the towel rack was broken in one bathroom, none of the interior doors locked, and the entry door was finicky. Communication with the property manager was quick and efficient though so that was appreciated. The view is gorgeous, the beds were comfortable, not the best pillows though. The pool was small for the size of the complex and was pretty packed all the time, and neither “hot” tub actually produced any heat, and was basically crammed in with other people shoulder to shoulder. We prefer to be in the ocean anyway- but it’s worth noting if you plan on spending time at the pool. But all in all- it is a lovely condo, fantastic location, with a stunning view of the beach and ocean. Great little patio for relaxing and having a meal! Perfect, short walk out directly to the sand and ocean! All of the main reasons we booked it were spot on and we had a fantastic time!

Not very accommodating

When we arrived the unit seemed bright and up to date. As we started to unpack we noticed little things such as dusty tables, sand in the bed sheets, blankets smelled of mildew. Nothing big just little annoying to have to wash things to use them. We loved the size of the condo very spacious with a family of 10.

Best Vacation Spot Ever

Thank you for allowing us, to rent your vacation home! Everything was perfect and pictures of condo were spot on. We would definitely rent this condo again. There was a small issue with the entry door, but a new lock was put in place very promptly. This is a quiet area, but there were several places to eat and the food was great! Thank you Gary and Tonya, for a perfect vacation!

Family stay

We booked on the pictures and reviews. The newly remodeled condo was just as advertised. We were highly impressed and will definitely rent again. It felt like home. The only down fall to the condo was some debris left under the beds and living room coffee table missed by the cleaning crew. Other than that the condo was clean. Unfortunately we had a couple disappointments with the other amenities. We were informed a few weeks before our stay that the pool would be closed for a “portion of our stay” weather permitting. It ended up being closed our entire stay. Very disheartening for our 4 kids who love the pool. We were not informed that the private access to the beach would be closed as well. We traveled with my parents who are up there in age and my father also suffers from MS, so the long walk thru the parking lot and down the public access was very tiring for him. Overall I would still give our experience a five star!!

Awesome Condo, Will Return!

I've stayed in numerous condo's in Navarre over the years, but this was my absolute favorite. Freshly redecorated and very much to my taste. You will not be disappointed. Whoever stayed after me got about $100 worth of unopened groceries I forgot were in the pantry! LOL

Great getaway.

With my family postponing Christmas due to COVID, we drove from the Midwest to Navarre on Christmas day to get away for a few days. The condo was prefect. It had three bedrooms so our family of our (two adult children) could spread out in our own space, yet enjoy the table for games, living room for movies and deck to enjoy the sunshine and view. My favorite part by far was the floor to ceiling windows in the living room and MBR. I wanted a clear and unobstructed view of the ocean and that's what we got! We also enjoyed the condo's heated pool and hot tub as well as walks on the beach picking up shells. My husband and kids even got in the ocean and swam a bit. In December! Loved that we were able to getaway and still self-isolate a bit, but with a fabulous view and sounds of the ocean!

Amazing

The condo unit was better than the pictures. It was clean, spacious and amazing views of the water. We had an issue with one of the beds in the unit and the property managers had someone there within an hour to fix it! They were VERY easy to get ahold of and super nice. We will stay here again!

We had a great trip and this condo is nice and has everything you need. I really liked that the Caribbean Resort was not a large property, so it was not overcrowded. Great communication with the property managers as well.

Beautiful condo, only one negative

We absolutely LOVED this condo, it was clean, beautifully decorated, and the beds were very comfortable. The owners were wonderful and quick to respond to any questions. We loved the complimentary beach service!!! The ONLY negative for us was the balcony... it has glass instead of rails, and the furniture that is out there currently is extremely uncomfortable. One of our FAVORITE things about our beach vacations is sitting on the balcony in the mornings and at night. The furniture sits low, so with the glass enclosure and the painted top the view and the breeze are obstructed. The chairs are extremely hard so they get uncomfortable pretty quickly. If this condo had a table and chairs on the balcony that were comfortable and sat higher, so that you could see over the glass and feel the breeze, it would be absolutely PERFECT.

Nice Condo

The condo was very nice. Unfortunately we traveled during the COVID19 outbreak. The local Sheriffs department closed the island and most restaurants closed as well before the end of our vacation. And once we got back home we are quarantined because we traveled to Florida for spring break.

Great beach rental

The property was very clean upon arrival and has been very well maintained. The 3-bedroom condo offers plenty of drawer and closet storage, especially in the master suite. The floor plan makes excellent use of the space. The pool and private beach access are very convenient and you can get to the sand and ocean without hassle. Our booking contact was highly professional, very kind, and responded to questions quickly. We had an absolutely wonderful time.
