This place was amazing! We loved the 3-floor set up for our family. The bunk beds downstairs were plenty big for 2 of my teens, then the other 2 kids took the 2 bedrooms on the second floor, and we had the master on the third (also had the biggest walk-in, 2 person shower I’ve ever seen!). The house was spacious, well-stocked, clean and the beds were the most comfortable beds I’ve ever slept in! Some people complained of cleanliness but we did not have any issues - and I’m pretty picky. Keep in mind, you’re at the beach, so sand grit on the floors is to be expected to some extent! The smoker grill made some delicious burgers, as well! (Glad there were instructions for that!) It’s about a 5 minute walk down the road to the beach access, but that was no big deal for us as our kids are all teenagers and easy to go places with. There were tennis rackets in the garage (that the kids LOVED), and played every single day. There were also some other toys and beach chairs. We used the pool just once but it was also very nice to have as an option! Our host was easy to get in contact with if we had questions and responded very quickly. We would absolutely rent this townhouse again in the future! Thanks for the amazing stay!

This townhouse rental was way better equipped than advertised. It is located close to everything. The sound was nice with a pier for fishing. The Gulf side has beautiful beaches. We used the pool and it was very nice. Overall our goal to spend quality time with our family was met with ease.

The condo was not as advertised. It was filthy-floors, cupboards, laundry room-noted a pair of someones underwear wedged next to the washer. Thekitchen cupboards andstove were grimy and covered in burnt food 1. After 2 days of cleaning we looked up at the kitchen ceiling to note the vent was covered with black mildew and the air had a very stagnant mildew smell, in the bathroom after inspecting the cents closer you can see painted over mildew mold? The patio curtain was dirty at the bottom and missing several hooks. The owners response was an apology for poor housekeeping. The problems identified were more than a cleaning issue, this condo needs maintenance. This rental taught us to inspect every rental throughly. So unfortunate for this vacation-spent time washing every dish/utensil and sheet before use.

quick trip

We all had a very good time, I did get burnt tho! but the most important part of the trip is that my great grandson had a wonderful time.the Property was very nice, however, In my frenzy to get something rented, I accidently rented this one with steps, I had a knee replacement recently and my other knee is shot, but it was a very nice townhome, and the host was Very nice to us.

Great location! Lots of stairs!

This is a perfect property in terms of location if you want to go do it all. A quick walk to Navarre Beach, or hop in the car and one direction gets you to Pensacola/Pensacola Beach, and the other gets you to Oakaloosa Island/FWB/Destin. It is literally centrally located! But be ready to walk stairs! There are lots and lots of stairs in this condo! But the location and amenities make up for it because you can relax after your workout. It is an older building but it was clean and clearly taken care of, and the owner was quick to respond to any communications and quick to help with any issues we had during our stay! We would definitely choose this place again!

Great location with lots of space!

We had a great visit to Navarre Beach for Spring Break and the townhouse was perfect for our stay. Plenty of space! Easy walk to the beach. The kids loved the pool and tennis court. And communication from Bill was also great. Would definitely stay again!

Love the vibe

Great condo with plenty of room for all. Nice kitchen with all the stuff you need. AC worked okay but needed fans in the rooms at night to sleep. Has been updated in the last 10 years but the carpet needs to be replaced on the 3rd floor and the furniture is at the end of its life (sectional sofa). I really liked the garage and the beach extras provided, this was a nice touch. I would saty here again!

Great stay

We had a great stay! The property has SO MUCH room. I loved that there are multiple sitting areas. There was everything we needed in the kitchen. The complex is quiet and has a big nice pool. Overall wonderful stay! We come down to Navarre a few times a year and would definitely stay here again.

Perfect place to be!

We had access to a nice part of the bay, where the kids used the kayaks provided by this vrbo, short walk (5 minutes) to the amazing Navarre pier, or beach (go in the mornings, its breezy&lot’s of marine life sightings!)

Family Vacation

The property was perfect for our family vacation. The floor plan allowed our group of six to have individual privacy and a common area for group activities. The location is excellent in close proximity to many activities. William the host was exceptional and always promptly responded to our questions and needs.

Beautiful and spacious

This was the perfect place to stay for our family vacation. Plenty of room for our large group. The pier, beach, and restaurants were an easy walk away. The garage was well stocked with beach chairs, toys, etc. We found out on our last day that the dock near the pool is the perfect place to spot dolphins in the morning. We all enjoyed our time here and look forward to staying here again.

Awesome House and property manager

This house was quite spacious and accommodating for our group of 7. It has three flours and a fourth floor small office space. Each floor is like an apartment of its own where the families in our group could just go off and relax in their own space. The house was nice and clean with many extras that were enjoying to have. Such as a nice pellet grill/smoker as well as nicely furnished decks to enjoy our morning coffee and breakfast as well as evening sunsets. The house and complex is nicely accommodating of dogs. Mine felt right at home as we all did. We loved the walk to the pool and the pool was a good size pool, over looking the dock and Sands. It is within walking distance of the beaches and pier as well as several restaurants. We will for sure be back! The property manager was responsive and friendly. The house was easy to book with a set rate that didnt have extra fees attached as other do in this area. Very pleased!

Wonderful home/Wonderful location

We had a great stay! The town home was so nice, and very clean. So much room! It was a treat to call it our home for 5 days! There were 8 of us staying and we had zero issues. We loved the proximity to Pensacola Beach and Destin. Also enjoyed the great restaurants nearby. The beach was second to none! Garage full of lots of beach toys and necessities. Beautiful view from the pool. Which we enjoyed many times. Our host, Bill, was awesome! Reservation process, check-in, communication...all top-notch. Bill, thanks again for the flowers, wine, and your beautiful note. We all appreciated your thoughtfulness. Thank you for making our stay unforgettable! GIG 'EM!

Great for families!

This property was just as described.short walk or drive to the beach. Publix and Tom Thumb very nearby! In the garage, we found lots of chairs, children’s beach toys, noodles & several floats. You access the ground floor bedroom when you come in the front door or from the garage. It has bunkbeds with the lower bed being a double. You can also access the backyard from this bedroom. The 2nd floor consist of two bedrooms which were very comfy. The bathroom on this floor has a tub/shower, sink and full- size washer and dryer. The galley kitchen is rather small, but has everything you need. Two coffee, pots, lots of kitchen supplies, utensils, pots, pans, dishes, etc. The family room has a very large sectional perfect for watching movies on the large TV. There is a large deck that you access from this area that has a pellet grill which we used, table with umbrella for six people and barstools for additional seating. The third-floor houses another living area along with a large bedroom and bathroom with a massive shower with two showerheads. There is a spiral staircase in this room leading up to a small area that has a desk and chair. We loved that the bedrooms were spread over three floors but common area was very large. All rooms hav a ceiling fan and an additional fan. Highly recommend this place and Bill was very nice and accommodating so thank you Bill! Will definitely be back!

Perfect Beach House

The property is in a prime location a short walk from beach as well as Multiple beachfront restaurants, The beach area closest to the unit is not overcrowded and had a lifeguard station nearby,and the beach and water at Navarre is wide soft and emerald clear. the bedrooms are spacious and have excellent linens,the house was stocked from beach chairs to kitchen needs,the outdoor porch is wonderful. Great TV’s and internet service,the complex is quiet, safe and has a great pool,and the Host was fantastic from start to finish,with great communication and was beyond helpful. There’s a incredible huge walk in shower with 2 heads and a bench on the top level that I’m not sure you would find in a 5 star resort.the property was also pet friendly for our small dog,and the area and sidewalks around the complex are quite conducive to walking your pet,with even designated waste stations a short distance away. Was Great all the way around! Book it before I do again lol!

Cleanliness of room not good

Coffee filters full. Stove dirty on inside. Had not been mopped. Carpets smelled. Mold in wall upstairs. We actually had a good vacation and loved the location and convenience of this townhouse and especially enjoyed the pool….. but the cleanliness of the room was a bad first impression. We swept and vacuumed when we arrived and all was fine . Carpets definitely need attention

Great vacation

We had a wonderful time in Navarre Beach. This was our family’s first visit to the area, and we loved the white beaches and emerald green water! The rental was very accommodating for the 8 of us, and nicely decorated. We all loved the soft beds and plenty of space! One wish would have been another bathroom or half bath, but we worked around that! Truly enjoyed our stay!
