«The room was very clean, staff was friendly and off road parking great. But the place could really do with an update, very tired and uninspiring with a good cooked breakfast but being let down by cheap ingredients. Best bit is coffee out of lavazza coffee machine. »

«Lovely large room and decent sized shower room. Free parking was a big plus point. Plenty of choice on the tea / coffee tray. Staff were helpful and courteous. Breakfast for my personal taste was a little underwhelming, large plate with only one item of each, and a poorly cooked poached egg. Good choice of cereals and yoghurts. Nice to have a cafetiere for the morning coffee. All in all though, I / we will be staying here again if in the area as it provides really good value for money in ...

«As I was using a crutch, getting in with luggage was difficult. Providing a ramp on half of the front steps would be a help. However, the lift inside was good and the bedroom accessible in spite of a step to the bathroom. The hotel manager was always around and extremely helpful. Does he ever go off duty!! My room card did not work on the front entrance when I came back after midnight. Luckily another person arrived and used their card. And my card still worked on my bedroom door - didn’t ...

«Our stay was lovely. Dan and Wei were great and the establishment was ideal to walk into town. Our room had everything that was required and Dan did mention that the next time we go, which we will, to book a bigger room. Lounge, bar and dining area very spacious. Breakfast was again excellent with huge choice....put us up for the day !! Car park right next door which was roomy and secure. Outside you could also sit on the patio - plenty of seats. «Double room with nice views of the sea and Little Orme. We’ve stayed here a few times, and recommend booking a sea or Orme view at the front. Bathroom was small, and with a shower over the bath. Would prefer walk in shower as my 81 year old hubby has recently had an artificial knee. Nice selection of shampoos, conditioners etc. Breakfast and dinner were very nice, with the usual menu of a J W Lees pub/hotel. «Staff were very good about keeping in touch in order to accommodate our late arrival time. Parking was convenient and the room facilities perfect for our needs. Despite a band playing in the bar downstairs, our room was quiet. The full Welsh breakfast was excellent. Would definitely recommend 👍»

«Only stayed for one night and we were a bit dubious when we first arrived as the was scaffolding al around the hotel which we did not know about. But walk through the door and it was lovely. Nice area to sit by reception, we stayed in room 11. Lovely room, clean, tidy and very comfortable. Had everything we needed for our night stay. Would definately stay again»
