«The hotel charges premium rates but delivers subpar amenities and quality. Our neighbors had three adults and three kids crammed into one room, making it extremely loud and disruptive. Not worth the price at all. »

The breakfast was fine for an academic visit where you do not have time to get breakfast elsewhere prior to instructing or taking a class. they mentioned that breakfast was included, but there was nothing to help yourself to, and no staff member staffing the breakfast area. There were prepackaged items in a fridge that you could likely take to the front desk to add them to your account. ...

«Okay number one I wasn't offered free continental breakfast. Another thing you do not get a microwave in your room and I was there for three plus days. When I talk to the person at the desk and told him that we didn't have a microwave in our room he said oh really that's strange we can talk to somebody in the morning. Then we were informed that no rooms have a microwave it's a community microwave downstairs. And it was filthy, they had stuff all over the carpets and the elevators and the ...

«The quality was uncharacteristically poor. The non-smoking room had previously been used by smokers. Front desk staff refused to acknowledge this and insisted all rooms are non-smoking. Hallways are dingy. Overpriced for quality received. Outside area are well maintained.»
